    After obtaining the opinions specified in the previous paragraph, the ministry responsible for spatial planning and construction matters shall prepare standpoints on the draft specified in the previous paragraph and shall send them together with the opinions specified in the previous paragraph to the relevant professional chamber for it to appropriately supplement or correct the draft on the basis of the standpoints or opinions and to send the coordinated proposal for minimum tariff conditions to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for adoption. (2) Po pridobitvi mnenj iz prejšnjega odstavka pripravi ministrstvo, pristojno za prostorske in gradbene zadeve, stališče o osnutku iz prejšnjega odstavka in ga skupaj z mnenji iz prejšnjega odstavka pošlje pristojni poklicni zbornici, da osnutek na podlagi stališča oziroma mnenj ustrezno dopolni oziroma popravi in pošlje usklajen predlog minimalnih tarifnih pogojev Vladi Republike Slovenije v sprejem.

    In the event of the ZAPS or the IZS going into bankruptcy or liquidation, irrespective of the regulations governing the dissolution of legal persons the proceedings may not be completed until, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by the statute of the ZAPS or the IZS, the records and other materials used by the professional chamber in the implementation of public authorisations pursuant to the provisions of this act are returned to the Republic of Slovenia. (2) V primeru, da pride do likvidacijskega ali stečajnega postopka ZAPS oziroma IZS, se ta postopek ne glede na predpise, ki urejajo prenehanje pravnih oseb, ne more zaključiti prej, preden se na način in pod pogoji, določenimi s statutom ZAPS oziroma IZS, Republiki Sloveniji ne vrnejo evidence in druga gradiva, ki jih je takšna poklicna zbornica uporabljala pri izvajanju javnih pooblastil po določbah tega zakona.

    The minister responsible for spatial planning and construction matters may at any time after the adoption of the minimum tariff conditions propose amendments or additions to the relevant professional chamber, and may also prepare a proposal for amendments or additions himself and send it to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for adoption. (3) Minister, pristojen za prostorske in gradbene zadeve, lahko kadarkoli po sprejetju minimalnih tarifnih pogojev pristojni poklicni zbornici predlaga spremembe oziroma dopolnitve, lahko pa tudi sam pripravi predlog sprememb oziroma dopolnitev in ga pošlje Vladi Republike Slovenije v sprejem.

    The Government has, in order to support the companies which are about to complete the transitional restructuring and to improve the position of companies facing difficulties, prepared the Act Governing the Rescue and Restructuring Aid for Companies in Difficulty (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 110/02) which represents the legal basis for granting funds to those companies in accordance with the EU rules on granting state aid for the purposes of business, financial and human resources restructuring as the starting-point for their competitiveness in the future. Vlada je za podporo podjetjem, ki zaključujejo tranzicijsko prestrukturiranje in za izboljšanje položaja podjetij v težavah pripravila Zakon o pomoči za reševanje in prestrukturiranje gospodarskih družb (Uradni list RS št. 110/02), ki predstavlja pravno podlago za dodeljevanje sredstev tem podjetjem, v skladu s pravili EU o dodeljevanju državnih pomoči, za namene poslovnega, finančnega in kadrovskega prestrukturiranja teh podjetij kot izhodišče za njihovo konkurenčnost v prihodnosti.

In so doing they shall take account of the provisions laid down in this Act relating to the fulfilment of conditions under Article 41 (2), points 1., 2., 3. and 5, and the provisions of rules applying to the construction of premises in the Republic of Slovenia. Upon fulfilment of the same conditions, suppliers from other countries may also be included in the list, provided that the Republic of Slovenia has concluded a specific agreement to this effect. If the Chamber establishes in any way that the listed supplier no more fulfils the required conditions, the Chamber shall invite such supplier in writing, not later than 8 days after having established this fact, to prove again that the required conditions are fulfilled. (1) Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije in Obrtna zbornica Slovenije (v nadaljnjem besedilu: zbornica) na podlagi javnega poziva pripravita seznam zainteresiranih izvajalcev gradenj, pri čemer morata upoštevati določila tega zakona o izpolnjevanju pogojev, določenih v 1., 2., 3. in 5. točki drugega odstavka 41. člena tega zakona in določila predpisov, ki veljajo za graditev objektov v Republiki Sloveniji. Na seznam se lahko vpišejo, ob izpolnjevanju enakih pogojev, tudi izvajalci iz drugih držav, če ima o tem Republika Slovenija sklenjen poseben sporazum. Če zbornica na kakršen koli način ugotovi, da na seznam vpisani izvajalec ne izpolnjuje več zahtevanih pogojev, ga mora najkasneje v osmih dneh od te ugotovitve pisno pozvati, da ponovno dokaže izpolnjevanje pogojev.

    (2) The National Review Commission shall, in cooperation with the ministry in charge of finance and the Chamber of Economy of Slovenia, prepare within one year from the coming into force of the present Act, a list of review experts.     (3) Based on Article 92 of this Act, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and the Chamber of Small Business of Slovenia shall draw up a list of interested suppliers of the construction works not later than one year after the enforcement of this Act.     The objective of the project is to use cooperation with existing business clubs in support of Slovenian companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, through information and experience exchange; organised business meetings in cooperation with Slovenia's embassies and consulates, as well as its PAEFI business missions, or other institutions; participation in business delegations and promotional activities; and by assisting in the identification of business partners.
