For expenditure financed by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), Guarantee Section, the rate to be used for month "n" in respect of which such expenditure has been declared in accordance with Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 296/96( fn ) shall be that for the tenth day of month "n+1" or for the first preceding day for which a rate is quoted.
Za izdatke, ki se financirajo iz Jamstvenega oddelka Evropskega kmetijskega usmerjevalnega in jamstvenega sklada (EKUJS), se za mesec »n«, v zvezi s katerim so bili takšni izdatki prijavljeni v skladu s členom 3 Uredbe Komisije (ES) št. 296/96( fn ), uporablja menjalni tečaj, ki velja deseti dan meseca »n+1« ali na prvi dan pred datumom, za katerega se določa tečaj.
