(2) Zavezanec lahko uveljavlja dodatno zmanjšanje davčne osnove v višini 10 % investiranega zneska v opremo za raziskave in razvoj, ki jo na predlog Agencije na področju raziskovalne dejavnosti in Agencije na področju tehnološkega razvoja, ki sta ustanovljeni po zakonu, ki ureja raziskovalno in razvojno dejavnost, določi minister, pristojen za znanost, ob soglasju ministra, pristojnega za finance, pri tem pa se upošteva, da gre za opremo, ki se uporablja za ustvarjalno delo, opravljano na sistematični podlagi z namenom povečanja znanja ter uporabo tega znanja za razvoj, vendar največ v višini davčne osnove, če gre za investicije v opremo v Sloveniji.
(2) A taxable person may claim an additional reduction of the tax basis by 10% of the amount invested in the equipment intended for research and development to be laid down, at the proposal of the agency for research activities and the agency for technological development established pursuant to the act regulating research and development, by the minister responsible for science subject to the approval of the minister responsible for finance, taking into account the fact that the equipment in question is used for creative work conducted on a systematic basis in order to increase the knowledge and apply the latter for development, however not exceeding the tax basis if investments in the equipment situated in Slovenia are concerned.
