The Parties shall inform each other through diplomatic channels of all administrative procedures and conditions related to the implementation of this Agreement.

Towards this end, each Party shall adopt and implement effective legislative, executive, administrative or other measures to promote:

to promote and maintain technical and administrative co-operation between the Contracting States in matters dealt with by this Convention;

15.5 The Governing Body will also seek to establish agreements for the purposes stated in this Article with other relevant international institutions.

Each Member shall ensure the conformity of its laws, regulations and administrative procedures with its obligations as provided in the annexed Agreements.

The Executive Director shall be the chief administrative officer of the Organization and shall be responsible to the Council for the administration and operation of this Agreement in accordance with decisions of the Council.

The provisions of Articles 15 and 16 above shall not prevent the BOD from delegating to an individual the performance of the executive act of signing an agreement or a contract appropriately approved.

Articles 3 to 10 shall not apply to those laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States and Slovenia or voluntary agreements by means of which Member States or Slovenia:

Member States shall communicate to the Commission, which shall see that it is circulated, all useful information to that end in accordance with the administrative conditions recommended by it.

(1) If the court adjudicates on a right, obligation or legal benefit in an administrative dispute, it shall apply the provisions of the Law on the Civil Procedure for the decision relating to the costs of the procedure.

The Parties shall establish administrative arrangements and enquiry points in order to provide for consultations and effective implementation of the provisions of this Agreement.

According to article 44 of the Treaty, the scope of this Implementing Agreement is to decide the necessary provisions for the administrative and technical implementation and application of the Treaty.

(h) The international application may also contain any declaration, statement or other relevant indication as may be specified in the Administrative Instructions.

The Customs shall seek to co-operate with other Customs administrations and seek to conclude mutual administrative assistance agreements to enhance Customs control.

"The provisions laid down in third paragraph of Article 87 and the fourth paragraph of Article 180 of the Civil Procedure Act shall not be applied in an administrative dispute procedure."

If arbitration is to be entrusted to governments, or to administrations thereof, these must be chosen from among the Member States which are not involved in the dispute, but which are parties to the agreement, the application of which caused the dispute.

The Parties shall establish administrative arrangements and designate the requisite contact points for consultations to ensure the effective implementation of the provisions of this Agreement.

(1) Protocol 4 of the Agreement, concerning the definition of the concept of ` originating products` and methods of administrative cooperation, hereinafter referred to as ` the Protocol` has been amended several times.

The Contracting Parties call upon the IARCs to sign agreements with the Governing Body with regard to such ex situ collections, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

(2) If a Contracting State intends to submit a dispute to arbitration, it shall notify the Chairman of the Administrative Council, who shall forthwith inform each Contracting State of such notification.

The rights of custody mentioned in sub-paragraph a above, may arise in particular by operation of law or by reason of a judicial or administrative decision, or by reason of an agreement having legal effect under the law of that State.

(2) If such agreement is not reached within six months from the date when the Administrative Council was seized of the dispute, any one of the States concerned may submit the dispute to the International Court of Justice for a binding decision.

Decisions taken by the Steering Committee under Article 1(a)(ii), 1(a)(iii) and 1(b) shall be adopted by mutual agreement of the members representing the Contracting Parties.

Protocol 2 of the Agreement, concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative co-operation, shall be replaced by the text attached hereto, together with the relevant Joint Declaration.

ln an administrative dispute, courts, administrative and other state bodies, local community bodies, and holders of public authorisations must provide the courts with legal and other assistance.

(1) The determination of jurisdiction of misdemeanour authorities and jurisdiction disputes between misdemeanour authorities shall be subject to the provisions of the act which governs the general administrative procedure.

The Council, acting unanimously in accordance with the procedure laid down in Title VI of the Treaty on European Union and after consulting the Management Board, shall draw up the rules to be observed by Europol in this respect.

(2) In disputes between the Administrative Court and a court of general jurisdiction or a specialised court over jurisdiction, the decision shall be made by the Supreme Court with a panel of three judges.

(3) In an administrative dispute, the parties may not state facts and supply evidence if they were given an opportunity to state the facts and supply the evidence in the procedure prior to the issuing of the act.

(2) The court shall also make the decision from the preceding paragraph if it realises that the contested administrative acts are substantiated in law but for reasons other than those cited in the administrative acts;

(3) In an administrative dispute, the court shall adjudicate on the legality of individual acts and actions which interfere with the constitutional rights of an individual, unless a different form of due process has been guaranteed.

Protocol 4 of the Agreement, concerning the definition of the concept of ` originating products` and methods of administrative cooperation, shall be replaced by the text attached hereto, together with the relevant Joint Declarations.

(3) When, in an administrative dispute, the court only rules on the legality of an administrative act and in disputes from the third paragraph of Article 2 of this Law, each of the parties shall be billed for their own costs related to the procedure.

Without prejudice to other cooperation under this Agreement, and in particular Title VIII, mutual assistance in customs matters between administrative authorities of the Parties shall take place in accordance with the provisions of the Protocol attached to this Agreement.
