ker člen 8(1) Direktive Sveta 64/433/EGS z dne 26. junija 1964 o zdravstvenih težavah, ki vplivajo na trgovanje s svežim mesom znotraj Skupnosti [3], kakor je nazadnje spremenjena z Direktivo 92/5/EGS [4], in drugi pododstavek člena 11(4) Direktive Sveta 85/397/EGS z dne 5. avgusta 1985 o zdravju in zdravstvenih problemih z živalmi, ki vplivajo na trgovanje s toplotno obdelanim mlekom znotraj Skupnosti [5], kakor je nazadnje spremenjena z Direktivo 89/662/EGS [6], določata, da je treba preiskave glede ostankov opraviti v skladu s preverjenimi metodami, ki so znanstveno priznane in zlasti tistimi, določenimi v direktivah Skupnosti ali drugih mednarodnih standardih;
Whereas Article 8 (1) of Council Directive 64/433/EEC of 26 June 1964 on health problems affecting intra-Community trade in fresh meat (3), as last amended by Directive 92/5/EEC (4), and the second subparagraph of Article 11 (4) of Council Directive 85/397/EEC of 5 August 1985 on health and animal-health problems affecting intra-Community trade in heat-treated milk (5), as last amended by Directive 89/662/EEC (6), provide that examinations for residues are to be carried out in accordance with proven methods which are scientifically recognized, in particular those laid down in Community directives or other international standards;
