(4) The Administrative Council shall approve the annual accounts together with the report of the auditors and shall give the President of the European Patent Office a discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget.

(a) the latest annual implementation report due, containing the information specified in Article 8 (5) of Section B, must have been forwarded to the Commission;

C. The Agency shall: submit an annual report on its activities to its Members; inform Members about its policy advice after it was given; and inform Members about consultation and cooperation with and the work of existing international organisations working in this field.

In accordance with Article III-383(3) of the Constitution, the European Central Bank shall address an annual report on the activities of the European System of Central Banks and on the monetary policy of both the previous and the current year to the European Parliament, the European Council, the Council and the Commission.

The aggregate reporting should result in an annual aggregate report issued by the state.
