Whereas the attachment to the Court of Justice of a Court of First Instance by Decision 88/591/ECSC, EEC, Euratom (2) is intended, by the establishment of a second court, in particular in respect of actions requiring close examination of complex facts, to improve the judicial protection of individual interests and to maintain the quality and effectiveness of judicial review in the Community legal order by enabling the Court of Justice to concentrate its activities on its fundamental task, of ensuring uniform interpretation of Community law;

Kadar osebje klavnice ali nadzornik klavnice ali, v primeru zasebnega podjetja, lastnik ali lastniki klavnice ali lastnik živali ali oseba, ki je odgovorna za živali, nočejo sodelovati s pristojnim organom ali kakorkoli ovirajo njegovo delo v času pregledov in vzorčenja, ki jih terja izvajanje državnih načrtov za nadzor nad ostanki škodljivih snovi in v času preiskav ter pregledov, ki jih predvideva ta direktiva, jim morajo pristojni državni organi izreči ustrezne sodne in/ali administrativne kazni.
Any failure to cooperate with the competent authority and any obstruction by slaughterhouse personnel or the slaughterhouse supervisor or, in the case of a private enterprise, by the slaughterhouse owner or owners, or by the owner of the animals or person having charge of them, during inspection and sampling as required for the implementation of national plans for monitoring residues and during the investigations and checks provided for in this Regulation, shall result in appropriate criminal and/or administrative penalties being imposed by the competent national authorities.

zato je nujno, da se v nacionalno zakonodajo vključijo ustrezne učinkovite in sistematične finančne ali kake druge enakovredne upravne sankcije - recimo sodne prepovedi v kombinaciji z upravnimi kaznimi, redno obveščanje nadzornih organov, kontrole na samem mestu, objave v nacionalnem uradnem listu in tisku, začasna ustavitev dejavnosti družbe (prepoved sklepanja novih pogodb za določeno obdobje), imenovanje posebnega pooblaščenca nadzornih organov, odgovornega za spremljanje in nadzor tega, ali poslovanje poteka skladno z zavarovalnopravnimi predpisi, odvzem dovoljenja za opravljanje tovrstnih zavarovalnih poslov ter sankcije za direktorje in člane uprave - za primer, da zavarovalnica ali njen pooblaščenec ne izpolnjujeta svoje obveznosti, po kateri bi morala v razumnem roku ponuditi odškodnino;
it is therefore necessary to include in national law appropriate effective and systematic financial or equivalent administrative penalties - such as injunctions combined with administrative fines, reporting to supervisory authorities on a regular basis, on-the-spot checks, publications in the national official journal and in the press, suspension of the activities of the company (prohibition on the conclusion of new contracts for a certain period), designation of a special representative of the supervisory authorities responsible for monitoring that the business is run in line with insurance laws, withdrawal of the authorisation for this business line, sanctions to be imposed on directors and management staff - in the event that the insurance undertaking or its representative fails to fulfil its obligation to make an offer of compensation within a reasonable time-limit;

"člani olimpijske družine" pomenijo vse osebe, ki so člani Mednarodnega olimpijskega odbora, Mednarodnega paraolimpijskega odbora, Mednarodnih zvez, Nacionalnih olimpijskih ali paraolimpijskih odborov, organizacijskih odborov olimpijskih iger in nacionalnih zvez, kot na primer športniki, glavni in pomožni sodniki, trenerji in drugi športni delavci, zdravniško osebje, ki spremlja moštva ali posamezne športnike ali športnice, in medijsko akreditirani novinarji, vodstveni delavci, donatorji, sponzorji ali drugi uradni povabljenci, ki se strinjajo, da bo njihovo vedenje skladno s pravili, ki jih predpisuje Olimpijska listina, da bodo ravnali pod nadzorom in vrhovnim pokroviteljstvom Mednarodnega olimpijskega odbora, ki so na seznamih odgovornih organizacij, in ki so akreditirani pri organizacijskem odboru olimpijskih iger 2004 kot sodelujoči na olimpijskih ali paraolimpijskih igrah 2004;
"Member of the Olympic family" means any persons who are members of the International Olympic Committee, the International Paralympic Committee, International Federations, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, the Organising Committees of the Olympic Games and the national associations, such as athletes, judges/referees, coaches and other sports technicians, medical personnel attached to teams or individual sportsmen/women and media-accredited journalists, senior executives, donors, sponsors or other official invitees, who agree to be guided by the Olympic Charter, act under the control and supreme authority of the International Olympic Committee, are included on the lists of the responsible organisations and are accredited by the Organising Committee of the 2004 Olympic Games as participants in the 2004 Olympic or Paralympic Games;
