If during the continuation of the procedure it is determined that the works's zone of influence in the project for acquiring the building permit was erroneously illustrated and therefore a person that demonstrated that the zone of influence in the project for acquiring the building permit was erroneously illustrated is included in the procedure, all the costs incurred in connection with commissioning and formulating the expert opinion and the costs of the procedure shall be borne by the investor.
