The Customs Authorities of the Contracting Parties may arrange for their investigation services to be in direct communication with each other.

The ordinary costs of executing a request shall be borne by the requested State Party, unless otherwise agreed by the States Parties concerned.

The Parties agree to apply the following principles to cooperation activities covered by this agreement:

The contracting parties shall agree and sign a special cooperation programme based on the needs of the Republic of Serbia.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties concerned, assistance shall be provided at the expense of the requesting Party.

After the Arrangement enters into force, the Contracting Parties shall notify each other in writing when they are ready to commence data exchange.

Both parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes by negotiation or by such other means they may agree upon.

In pricing a reimbursable transaction, the Parties agree to the following reciprocal pricing principles:

As appropriate, the Technical Secretariat shall make arrangements with States Parties to provide equipment mentioned in the list.

Two or more affected country Parties of the region, may similarly agree to prepare a joint action programme between or among them.

If no agreement is reached, either of the two parties is entitled to require that the information which it has communicated be deleted.

The customs authorities of the Parties may arrange for their investigation services to be in direct communication with each other.

The competent authorities of the Contracting States shall by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of the limitations of paragraphs 2 and 3.

b. This Arrangement enters into force on the date of the receipt of the last notification of the Parties upon the fulfillment of their internal legal procedures.

(b) The principles laid down in subparagraph (a) shall apply unless the Parties concerned otherwise agree in any individual case.

(b) Such notification shall be given to the Agency after the conclusion of the contractual arrangements leading to the transfer and within the time limit specified in the subsidiary Arrangements.

The amendment or modification which has been agreed by the Parties shall take place through exchange of diplomatic notes and shall form an integral part of this Agreement.

When operating the agreed services, the same uniform conditions shall apply to the use by the airlines of both Contracting Parties of airports as well as of all other facilities under their control.

Either Contracting Party may terminate this Arrangement after providing the other Contracting Party with a written notice three months prior its expiry.

The Joint Board shall meet periodically, alternating in the United States and Slovenia, as agreed by the Parties.

If there is no agreement about the territorial area of protection, each Contracting Party shall be entitled to request protection in the countries in which the other Contracting Party shows no interest.

The Parties shall attempt to settle any dispute as to the interpretation or application of this Agreement by negotiations or by any other mutually agreed method.

(a) Assist the Conference of the Parties in carrying out the activities set forth in article 32 of this Convention and make arrangements and provide the necessary services for the sessions of the Conference of the Parties;

The Parties proceed from the agreement that the gas pipeline shall have annual transmission capacity around 8 billion standard cubic meters of natural gas.

Any such arrangements shall continue to apply even after the termination of this Agreement and, with regard to a particular Party, even after that Party's withdrawal from this Agreement.

(6) The Contracting Parties shall ensure that their Shareholders contribute to operating costs in accordance with the agreed scheme.

14.2 By mission statement, two or more Parties may set up a joint operation as referred to in article 24 of the Treaty.

The designated airline(s) of each Contracting Party shall take into consideration the interests of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party not to effect unduly the agreed services of the latter airline.

Corresponding treatment of the remuneration of other comparable institutions of the Contracting States may be arranged by the competent authorities by mutual agreement.

The airlines of each Party may enter into arrangements for the provision of aircraft with crew for international air transportation with:

The aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties shall supply each other, on request, with periodic statistics or other similar information relating to the traffic carried on the agreed services.

3.1 To assist these arrangements, the participants will establish a Joint Committee to review progress arising under this MOU.

(d) if he is a national of both States or of neither of them, the competent authorities of the Contracting States shall settle the question by mutual agreement.

This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article.

There shall be a fair and equal opportunity for the designated airlines of the Contracting Parties to operate the agreed services on the specified routes.

All unplanned events and other matters that are not governed by this Agreement shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties.

The Parties support the widest possible dissemination of information provided or exchanged under this Arrangement, subject to the need to protect proprietary information as may be exchanged hereunder.

Unless the Parties otherwise agree, arbitration shall be by a tribunal of three arbitrators to be constituted as follows:

The Contracting Parties agree to use the received data only for internal purposes and consider all data received under this Arrangement as strictly confidential.

ARRANGEMENTS CONCERNING REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CONTRACTING STATES, AND THE PRINCIPAL, SECRETARY, TEACHING STAFF AND OTHER PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THE INSTITUTE

(4) The competent authorities of the Contracting States may communicate with each other directly for the purpose of reaching an agreement in the sense of the preceding paragraphs.

In the absence of such treaties or arrangements, States Parties shall afford one another assistance in accordance with their national law.

The Parties will carry out a mutual technical consultation every three years, primarily addressed to estimate the implementation of this Arrangement.

Information received by each Contracting Party to this Arrangement may not be disseminated freely without prior permission of the other Contracting Party unless otherwise indicated by the transmitting Party.

The designated airline of each Contracting Party shall take into consideration the interests of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party so as not to affect unduly the agreed services of the latter airline.

2.1.6 Agreement on the regions or arrangements referred to in paragraphs 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 shall be recorded by the Parties concerned, or in written plans accepted by the Parties.
