In order to achieve uniform application of the rules in this area, a minimum compulsory rate of physical checks on products placed under the prefinancing arrangements should be introduced, to be carried out when the payment declaration is accepted; it should be specified also that these checks must be carried out in accordance with the system laid down in Council Regulation (EEC) No 386/90(5), as amended by Regulation (EC) No 163/94(6), and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2090/2002(7).

Svet ECB je v Smernici z dne 3. novembra 1998, kakor jo spreminja Smernica ECB/2000/15 z dne 16. novembra 2000 o sestavi, določitvi vrednosti in načinu začetnega prenosa deviznih rezerv ter denominaciji in obrestovanju enakovrednih terjatev iz Priloge k temu sklepu, določil, da NCB držav članic, ki so 1. januarja 1999 uvedle enotno valuto, prenesejo na ECB devizne rezerve v skupni protivrednosti v znesku 39.468.950.000 EUR. Zaradi preglednosti se objavi Smernica ECB/2000/15 kot priloga k temu sklepu pri začetnem prenosu deviznih rezerv Banke Grčije na ECB.
The Governing Council of the ECB decided in the Guideline of 3 November 1998, as amended by Guideline ECB/2000/15 of 16 November 2000, on the composition, valuation and modalities for the initial transfer of foreign-reserve assets, and the denomination and remuneration of equivalent claims, attached as Annex to this Decision, that the NCBs of the Member States which adopted the single currency on 1 January 1999 transfer to the ECB foreign-reserve assets equivalent to the aggregate euro amount of EUR 39 468 950 000. It is considered appropriate, for reasons of transparency, to publish Guideline ECB/2000/ 15 as Annex to this Decision on the occasion of the initial transfer of foreign reserve assets to the ECB by the Bank of Greece.

A review of Council Regulation (EC) No 2605/2000 is hereby initiated pursuant to Article 11(4) of Council Regulation (EC) No 384/96 in order to determine if and to what extent the imports of electronic weighing scales having a maximum weighing capacity not exceeding 30 kg, for use in the retail trade which incorporate a digital display of the weight, unit price and price to be paid (whether or not including a means of printing this data) falling within CN code ex 8423 81 50 (TARIC code 8423 81 50 10) originating in Taiwan, produced by Charder Electronic Co., Ltd. should be subject to the anti- dumping duties imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 2605/2000.

(12) Po vključitvi je treba zagotoviti razumno obdobje, v katerem bodo države članice lahko začele izvajati določbe Direktive 91/414/EGS v zvezi s fitofarmacevtskimi sredstvi, ki vsebujejo 2,4-DB, beta-ciflutrin, ciflutrin, iprodion, linuron, malein hidrazid ali pendimetalin, in zlasti pregledale obstoječa dovoljenja, da se zagotovi, da so pogoji v zvezi s temi aktivnimi snovmi iz Priloge I k Direktivi 91/414/EGS izpolnjeni. Daljše obdobje je treba zagotoviti za predložitev in presojo popolne dokumentacije vsakega fitofarmacevtskega sredstva v skladu z enotnimi načeli iz Direktive 91/414/EGS.
(12) After inclusion, Member States should be allowed a reasonable period within which to implement the provisions of Directive 91/414/EEC as regards plant protection products containing 2,4-DB, beta-cyfluthrin, cyfluthrin, iprodione, linuron, maleic hydrazide or pendimethalin, and in particular, to review existing authorisations to ensure that the conditions regarding those active substances set out in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC are satisfied. A longer period should be provided for the submission and assessment of the complete dossier of each plant protection product in accordance with the uniform principles laid down in Directive 91/414/EEC.
