Vsaka država pogodbenica v skladu s svojimi notranjimi pravnimi načeli sprejme potrebne ukrepe, ki omogočajo uveljavitev odgovornosti pravnih oseb, ki so na njenem ozemlju ali so organizirane na podlagi njenih predpisov, kadar oseba, odgovorna za vodenje ali nadzor te pravne osebe, v tej vlogi stori kaznivo dejanje iz 2. člena. Ta odgovornost je lahko kazenska, civilna ali upravna.
Each State Party, in accordance with its domestic legal principles, shall take the necessary measures to enable a legal entity located in its territory or organized under its laws to be held liable when a person responsible for the management or control of that legal entity has, in that capacity, committed an offence as set forth in article 2. Such liability may be criminal, civil or administrative.

Failure by the other Party or its responsible aeronautical authorities to take appropriate corrective action within fifteen (15) days, or such other period as may be decided, shall constitute grounds for the Party or its responsible aeronautical authorities, which requested the consultations, to revoke, suspend or limit the operating authorisations or technical permissions or to otherwise suspend or limit the operations of an airline, the safety oversight of which is the responsibility of the other Party or its responsible aeronautical authorities.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the term ` expropriation` shall also include interventions or regulatory measures by a Contracting Party that have a de facto expropriatory effect, in that their effect results in depriving the investor in fact from his ownership, control or substantial benefits over his investment or which may result in loss or damage to the economic value of the investment, such as the freezing or blocking of the investment, levying of arbitrary or excessive taxes on the investment, compulsory sale of all or part of the investment, or other comparable measures.
