Pursuant to a treaty ratified by the National Assembly by a two-thirds majority vote of all deputies, Slovenia may transfer the exercise of part of its sovereign rights to international organisations which are based on respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, democracy, and the principles of the rule of law and may enter into a defensive alliance with states which are based on respect for these values.

The disciplinary rules shall be adopted by the general meeting of the chamber via a majority of the votes of all of the members of the general meeting.

On the day this act enters into force, the relevant professional chamber pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be the chamber of engineers founded on the basis of Article 100a of the Construction Act (hereinafter:

5. Payments for services provided by the chamber for members and other entities outside the programme of work

Within the scope of their powers, the Government and individual ministers are independent and accountable to the National Assembly.

The Government and individual Ministers of State within their own particular competencies shall be independent and accountable to the National Assembly.

9. The area of work, the election, the dismissal and the term of office of the president and other bodies of the professional chamber

The two national communities shall be directly represented in representative bodies of local self-government and in the National Assembly.

The joint coordinating body shall also deal with other matters connected to the functioning of other professional chambers.

The President of the Government may tie the issue of confidence to the adoption of a law or to some other decision in the National Assembly.

In 1993 only 374 (70%) aut of 533 newly registrated gastric cancer patients were treated in all surgical departments in Slovenia.

The President of the Republic must submit decrees with the force of law to the National Assembly for confirmation immediately upon it next convening.

Until the joint coordinating body is constituted its functions shall be performed by the presidents of the two professional chambers.

An employee referred to in the preceding paragraph who is injured or falls ill while performing work has the right to special regulations.

The constitutional act shall be passed by a two-thirds majority vote of all deputies in all chambers of the Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia.

2. Registration fees and payments charged by the chamber for the registration of individuals and for the administration and maintenance of the register

f) costs related to repatriation of any personnel who died or who were injured or taken ill during Joint Response Operations;

(2) Members of the management board shall be appointed and dismissed by the general meeting of the chamber.

The President of the National Assembly also temporarily performs the duties of the office of President of the Republic during any absence of the President of the Republic.

After consultation with the leaders of deputy groups the President of the Republic proposes to the National Assembly a candidate for President of the Government.

(1) Disciplinary matters against members of the professional chamber shall be ruled on by the chamber's disciplinary commission in the first instance and by the chamber's disciplinary tribunal in the second instance. The disciplinary prosecutor shall present the charge before the disciplinary commission and the disciplinary tribunal.

Prior to appointment a proposed minister must appear before a competent commission of the National Assembly and answer its questions.

An individual shall become a member of the professional chamber on the day of entry in the register created and administered by the ZAPS or the IZS.

- The promotion of contacts between both chambers of commerce, associations and other organisations of economic operators;

(2) A lawsuit referred to in the preceding article may also be filed by the chamber or business association of which the defendant enterprise is a member.

2. It shall issue the act on the internal organisation of the chamber's expert, administrative and technical services and on the system of job descriptions.

The Lead State shall facilitate the repatriation of assisting personnel who are injured or taken ill during Joint Response Operations.

Upon election and appointment respectively, the President of the Government and ministers shall swear before the National Assembly the oath of office provided by Article 104.

3. Supplementary payments charged to candidates by the chamber for taking a professional examination for the preparation and holding of such examinations

Based on Articles 29 and 30 of the Health and Hygiene Safety of Foods, and of Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Foods Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 52/00, 42/02 and 47/04 - ZZUZIS), the second and third indents of paragraph one of Article 4 of the Health Care and Health Insurance Act ( Official Gazette of the RS, no. 20/04 - official consolidated text), and based on Article 109 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia ( Official Gazette of the RS, no. 35/02 and 60/04), the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia has on its session of 22 March 2005, adopted the following

The Government shall have the right to propose to the National Assembly that it debate individual issues within its competency and adopt a position on such issues.

A proposal to initiate the procedure for amending the Constitution may be made by twenty deputies of the National Assembly, the Government, or at least thirty thousand voters.

6. The Rules on the Programme and Method for Holding Professional Examinations at the Chamber of Engineers of PlaceName PlaceNameSlovenia (Ur. l. RS, Nos. 35/98 and 64/99)

The Government shall propose to the National Assembly the adoption of laws, other regulations and general enactments and the formulation of policy for individual areas of society.

The president of the chamber shall be a member of the management board by function, and shall preside over the management board, represent it in public matters, and convene and chair its sessions.

The commission shall have the right to attend sessions of the chamber's bodies, to debate during sessions and to propose specific matters for discussion at the sessions.

The Government shall report on its work to the National Assembly, and when the budget is being adopted it must submit a complete report on its work during the past year.

The appointment of the arbitrators, when necessary, pursuant to the UNCITRAL Rules, shall be done by the President of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber, in his capacity as appointing authority.

The relationship between the National Assembly and the Government arising from this paragraph shall be regulated in detail by a law adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of deputies present.
