Without prejudice to Articles 3(d), Article 4(d) and Articles 14 and 15, the Contracting Party concerned may not take safeguard measures until one month has elapsed after the date of notification under paragraph 3, unless the consultation procedure under paragraph 4 has been concluded before the expiration of the stated time limit.

A decision of the Pre-Trial Chamber under article 57, paragraph 3 (d), may be appealed against by the State concerned or by the Prosecutor, with the leave of the Pre-Trial Chamber.

Services for: (a) the Project manager for the PMPSU under Part D of the Project; (b) the health specialist for the PMPSU under Part D of the Project; and (c) the health informatics specialist for the PMPSU under Part D of the Project, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.

(e) information specified in Articles 6.3, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4(d), 15.5 and 19.2. The frequency and format of such reports by all Parties shall be determined by the Conference of the Parties.

(d) The acquisition of emission reduction units shall be supplemental to domestic actions for the purposes of meeting commitments under Article 3.

The time limit referred to in Article 4(3)(d) shall be counted from the date of receipt of the communication referred to in that Article by the Office of the Contracting Party concerned and shall not be less than one month where the address of the person on whose behalf the communication is made is on the territory of that Contracting Party and not less than two months where such an address is outside the territory of that Contracting Party.

j) the particular arms, ammunition and equipment the seconding officers may use during the operation in accordance to the rules laid out in Annex D.3;

d) formulating their opinion on any proposal for the amendment of this Convention which is referred to them in accordance with Article 27, paragraph 3;

(3) If any deficiencies noted in the examination under paragraph 1(a) to (d) are not corrected in accordance with the Implementing Regulations, the application shall be refused; where the provisions referred to in paragraph 1(d) concern the right of priority, this right shall be lost for the application.

(d) Where, in accordance with Rule 34(7)(b), the fees paid in respect of a subsequent designation are the fees prescribed by Rule 32 of the Regulations under the Agreement, paragraph (3) shall not apply.

6.3 Small items of classified equipment should be stored in a security container with a security standard and level of protected position similar to that for a document of the same classification (see PART D).

(3) [Effective Date of Deposit] (a) Subject to subparagraphs (b) to (d), the effective date of the deposit of an instrument of ratification or accession shall be the date on which that instrument is deposited.

(b) When, as a result of being away from the vehicle, a driver is unable to use the control device fitted to the vehicle, the periods of time indicated in paragraph 3, second indent, (b), (c) and (d), below shall:
