However, after a phasing-in period between 2009 and 2011, the United Kingdom shall participate fully in the financing of the costs of enlargement, except for agricultural direct payments and market-related expenditure, and that part of rural development expenditure originating from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), Guarantee Section.

Amounts quoted in tenders submitted in response to invitations to tender organised under an instrument forming part of the common agricultural policy shall, with the exception of amounts the Community contribution to which is financed from the EAGGF Guidance Section, be expressed in euros.
Zneske, navedene v ponudbah, predloženih v odgovoru na vabila za razpis v okviru instrumenta, ki je del skupne kmetijske politike, je treba izraziti v evrih, kar pa ne velja za zneske prispevka Skupnosti, ki jih financira Usmerjevalni oddelek EKUJS.

Področje uporabe pomoči iz Usmerjevalnega oddelka EKUJS se za ukrepe, ki jih predvideva pobuda Skupnosti za razvoj podeželja, razširi na celotno Skupnost, financiranje pa se razširi na ukrepe, ki so upravičeni do pomoči v skladu z uredbami Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta (ES) št. 1783/1999 fn in (ES) št. 1784/1999 fn.
