A research (Koch, 1996) has shown that low-fat products are relatively poorly represented in everyday nutrition since 42% of the interviewed persons have never taken lower-fat milk, 55% have never consumed low-fat cottage cheese, 51% has never eaten low-fat cheeses, and 50% have never consumed low-fat meat products.
