(2) If a procedure for the revocation of the authorisation to perform the function of a member of the management board has been initiated against a member of the management board owing to infringements because of which a procedure has been initiated against the bank for the revocation of the authorisation for the provision of banking services, the Bank of Slovenia may combine the two procedures.

Each Management Entity shall immediately notify the Management Entity of the other Party of any infringement of the Energy Star marks of which it has knowledge as well as the action taken to end such infringement.

Whereas, in order to guarantee efficient and correct implementation, the obligations of the Member States should be laid down with regard to management and supervision systems, the certification of expenditure and the prevention, detection and correction of irregularities and of infringements of Community law;

infringement of the objectives of international conventions such as NAFO, NEAFC, ICCAT and NASCO concerning the conservation and management of fishery resources;

in the case of a flat rate, it shall assess the importance of the infringement of rules and the extent and financial implications of any shortcomings in the management and control system that have led to the irregularity established.

Without prejudice to the powers of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), the specialised financial irregularities panel shall be competent in respect of any infringement of a provision of the Financial Regulation or of a provision relating to financial management or the checking of operations resulting from an act or omission of an official or other servant.
