By 31 March each year at the latest, the Director shall draw up the draft budget and draft establishment plan for the following financial year and shall submit them, after examination by the Financial Committee, to the Management Board together with the draft five-year financing plan.
Direktor najpozneje do 31. marca vsakega leta sestavi osnutek proračuna in osnutek ustanovitvenega načrta za naslednje finančno leto in ju po pregledu s strani finančnega odbora odda Upravnemu odboru skupaj z osnutkom petletnega finančnega načrta.

Material operations arising from the storage and, where appropriate, processing of intervention products shall be financed by the EAGGF, Guarantee Section, by means of standard amounts uniform throughout the Community, to be laid down in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 13 of Regulation (EEC) No 729/70 and, where necessary, after examination of the matter by the management committee concerned.
Materialne operacije v zvezi s skladiščenjem in po potrebi predelovanjem intervencijskih proizvodov, financira EKUJS, Jamstveni oddelek, s standardnimi zneski, enotnimi po vsej Skupnosti, ki se določijo po postopku iz člena 13 Uredbe (EGS) št. 729/70 in po potrebi po pregledu zadeve s strani pristojnega upravljalnega odbora.

At the initiative of the Commission or on a request from any Member State, the question of whether a national technical measure implemented by a Member State complies with the provisions of paragraph 1 may be referred to the Management Committee for examination in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 3760/92, and a decision may be taken in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18 of that Regulation.
Na pobudo Komisije ali na zahtevo katere koli države članice se lahko vprašanje, ali je nacionalni tehnični ukrep, ki ga izvaja država članica, skladen z določbami iz točke 1, predloži Upravljalnemu odboru za preverjanje v skladu s členom 17 Uredbe (EGS) št. 3760/92, odločitev pa se sprejme v skladu s postopkom iz člena 18 navedene uredbe.
