(3) Council Decision 2001/822/EC of 27 November 2001 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Community(8) (hereinafter referred to as the »Association Decision«) is applicable until 31 December 2011. A new decision on the basis of Article 187 of the Treaty should be adopted before that date.
(3) Sklep Sveta 2001/822/ES z dne 27. novembra 2001 o pridružitvi čezmorskih držav in ozemelj Evropski skupnosti(3) (v nadaljevanju »Sklep o pridružitvi«) velja do 31. decembra 2011. Pred tem datumom bo sprejet nov sklep na podlagi člena 187 Pogodbe.
