13.2 Pogodbenice se strinjajo, da se koristi, ki izhajajo iz uporabe rastlinskih genskih virov za prehrano in kmetijstvo v okviru večstranskega sistema, tudi v pridobitne namene, uporabijo pravično in enakopravno v skladu z izmenjavo podatkov, dostopom do tehnologije in njenim prenosom, vzpostavljanjem zmogljivosti ter uporabo koristi, ki izhajajo iz pridobitnih dejavnosti na podlagi usmeritev upravnega organa in ob upoštevanju prednostnih področij delovanja v veljavnem svetovnem delovnem načrtu.

In using frequency bands for radio services, Member States shall bear in mind that radio frequencies and any associated orbits, including the geostationary-satellite orbit, are limited natural resources and that they must be used rationally, efficiently and economically, in conformity with the provisions of the Radio Regulations, so that countries or groups of countries may have equitable access to those orbits and frequencies, taking into account the special needs of the developing countries and the geographical situation of particular countries.
Države članice pri uporabi frekvenčnih pasov za radijske storitve upoštevajo, da so radijske frekvence in vse pripadajoče orbite, vključno z orbito geostacionarnega satelita, omejeni naravni viri, ki jih je treba uporabljati racionalno, učinkovito in gospodarno v skladu z določbami Pravilnika o radiokomunikacijah, tako da imajo države ali skupine držav enakopraven dostop do teh orbit in frekvenc, pri čemer se upoštevajo posebne potrebe držav v razvoju in geografska lega posameznih držav.

Neto zmanjšanja zmogljivosti iz Priloge 2 Protokola št. 8 Akta o pristopu z dne 16. aprila 2003 so najmanjša zmanjšanja in dejanska neto zmanjšanja, ki jih je treba doseči, in njihovi časovni okviri se določijo na podlagi poljskega dokončnega programa prestrukturiranja in posamičnih poslovnih načrtov v okviru Evropskega sporazuma o pridružitvi med Evropskimi skupnostmi in njihovimi državami članicami na eni strani in Poljsko na drugi strani, ob upoštevanju cilja do 31. decembra 2006 zagotoviti rentabilnost upravičenih podjetij.

The Agency shall promote the widespread and increased adoption and the sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, taking into account national priorities and benefits derived from a combined approach of renewable energy and energy efficiency measures, the contribution of renewable energy to environmental preservation, through limiting pressure on natural resources and reducing deforestation, particularly tropical deforestation, desertification and biodiversity loss, to climate protection, to economic growth and social cohesion including poverty alleviation and sustainable development, to access to and security of energy supply, to regional development and to inter-generational responsibility.
Agencija spodbuja široko in vedno večjo uveljavitev in trajnostno rabo vseh oblik obnovljive energije ob upoštevanju: a) nacionalnih prednostnih nalog in koristi, ki izhajajo iz skupne obravnave obnovljive energije in ukrepov energetske učinkovitosti, in b) prispevka obnovljive energije za ohranitev okolja z omejevanjem pritiskov na naravne vire in z zmanjševanjem krčenja gozdov, zlasti tropskih, z zmanjševanjem širjenja puščav in upadanja biotske raznovrstnosti, za zaščito podnebja, gospodarsko rast in socialno povezanost, vključno z zmanjševanjem revščine in trajnostnim razvojem, za dostop do energije in zanesljivo oskrbo z njo, za regionalni razvoj in medgeneracijsko odgovornost.

The provisions of the second to sixth paragraphs of Article 39, the ninth paragraph of Article 69, in the part that refers to taking into account possible decisions, recommendations or clarifications of the European Commission and decisions of the European courts, the second paragraph of Article 71 in the part that refers to citizens of state members of the Community, the seventh paragraph of Article 72, the first and third paragraphs of Article 74 and seventh paragraph of Article 81 of this Act shall be used from the day of accession of the Republic of Slovenia to the Communities, or from the day of an international agreement taking effect which is concluded on the basis of point 4 of Article 55 of the European Agreement or other international agreements.
Določbe drugega do šestega odstavka 39. člena, devetega odstavka 69. člena, v delu, ki se nanaša na upoštevanje morebitnih odločitev, priporočil, oziroma pojasnil Evropske komisije in odločitve Evropskega sodišča, drugega odstavka 71. člena, v delu, ki se nanaša na državljane držav članic Skupnosti, sedmega odstavka 72. člena, prvega in tretjega odstavka 74. člena in sedmega odstavka 81. člena tega zakona se uporabljajo od dneva članstva Republike Slovenije v Skupnosti, oziroma od dneva uveljavitve mednarodne pogodbe, ki se sklene na podlagi 4. točke 55. člena Evropskega sporazuma oziroma druge mednarodne pogodbe.

9. kot obratovalec javnega letališča ne izvaja svoje dejavnosti na ustrezen, nepristranski, pregleden in nediskriminacijski način ter tako, da so zagotovljeni varnost, rednost in nemotenost zračnega prometa (tretji odstavek 158. člena), 10. kot obratovalec javnega letališča ne omogoči letalskemu prevozniku ter drugim ponudnikom storitev zemeljske oskrbe, da opravljajo storitve zemeljske oskrbe (drugi odstavek 159. člena), 11. kot samooskrbni uporabnik letališča oziroma registrirani izvajalec storitev zemeljske oskrbe opravlja dejavnost zemeljske oskrbe, pa ne izpolnjuje pogojev, ki jih z odločbo določi Uprava oziroma opravlja storitve brez takšne odločbe (tretji odstavek 159. člena), 12. kot obratovalec javnega letališča ne opravlja dejavnosti zemeljske oskrbe v skladu z obratovalnim dovoljenjem (četrti odstavek 159. člena), 13. kot samooskrbni uporabnik letališča oziroma registrirani izvajalec storitev zemeljske oskrbe ne izpolni obveznosti v zvezi z zaposlitvijo novih delavcev za izvajanje služb zemeljske oskrbe (peti odstavek 159. člen), 14. kot upravljalec javnega letališča opravi izbiro izvajalcev zemeljske oskrbe brez posvetovanja z odborom uporabnikov ali na način, ki ni skladen s pravili javnega naročanja (osmi odstavek 159. člena), 15. kot upravljalec javnega letališča ne vodi in upravlja centraliziranih infrastruktur na pregleden, nepristranski in nediskriminacijski način ali ovira dostop izvajalcev storitev zemeljske oskrbe ali samooskrbovalnih uporabnikov letališča do teh infrastruktur (prvi odstavek 160. člena), 16. kot upravljalec javnega letališča ne omogoči prostega dostopa do letaliških objektov in naprav na primeren, nepristranski, pregleden in nediskriminacijski način (drugi odstavek 160. člena), 17. kot upravljalec javnega letališča ne zagotovi obratovanja javnega letališča v času, ki ga določi minister, pristojen za promet (drugi odstavek 162. člen), 18. kot obratovalec letališča oziroma izvajalec storitev zemeljske oskrbe za tretje krši predpisani način in postopek oblikovanja in določanja tarif in cen posameznih storitev (prvi in drugi odstavek 164. člena), 19. kot obratovalec javnega letališča, izvajalec storitev zemeljske oskrbe za tretje oziroma uporabnik letališča, ki opravlja storitve zemeljske oskrbe v pogojih samooskrbe, za storitve zemeljske oskrbe oziroma dejavnosti, ki so povezane z obratovanjem javnega letališča v smislu določb 20. točke 17. člena, ne vodi računovodstva na predpisan način (četrti odstavek 164. člena).

(1) A fine of not less than 1,000,000 tolars shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offence in connection with the independent performance of a professional activity, and no less than a fine of 3,000,000 tolars on a legal person 1. for not conducting business with consumers in the Slovene language or for not using their full registered company name and address in written communications to consumers, or for not using at least their abridged registered company name and address in written communications which are not intended for a particular individual consumer (first and second paragraphs of Article 2) 2. for not allowing, as a provider of information society services, for a simple direct and constant access to the data referred to in the third paragraph of Article 2 (third paragraph of Article 2) 3. for advertising goods or services in a manner which is in contrast with the law, indecent or misleading, or for not advertising goods or services in the Slovene language (Articles 12, 12a and 12b) 4. for advertising goods or services through a means of comparative advertising which is contrary to provisions of this Act (Article 12c) 5. if the advertising of goods or services includes elements which cause or which could cause physical, mental or other harm to children, or elements which exploit or which could exploit their trusting nature or inexperience (Article 15) 6. for advertising messages which are part of or present a service of an information society and are not in accordance with Article 15a (Article 15a) 7. for failing to issue to the consumer, upon the conclusion of a contract for goods referred to in Article 15b, a warranty certificate, technical instructions and a list of authorised service agents, or if these documents are not entirely in the Slovene language and easily understandable (first and third paragraphs of Article 16) 8. for failing to provide repair and maintenance of a product for the period covered by a warranty or for its
