(iii) LLCA and MSCA account statements (including any accrued interest).

(h) Approve the annual audited statement of the Academy's accounts;

All financial accounts and statements shall be expressed in United States dollars.

A final financial statement of the Donor account within six months of termination of this Agreement.

a) that the financial statements are in conformity with the ledgers and accounts of the Organisation;

b) the financial statements have been drawn up in accordance with the accounting principles mentioned;

On the basis of this detailed statement of accounts, the Government shall remit the amount due to WMO within one month of the receipt of the detailed accounts.

(g) the generally accepted accounting principles on which the budget and the annual financial statements shall be based.

l) send to the Member States the management report, the statement of accounts as well as its decisions and recommendations;

Additionally, the Bank shall provide the Guarantors with an electronic account statement at each relevant LLCA and MSCA movement.

All financial accounts and statements shall be expressed in Euros and there shall be no accounting or reporting in other currencies.

The records, books and accounts of the Court, including its annual financial statements, shall be audited annually by an independent auditor.

(e) Submit to the Board annual and ad hoc reports on the activities of the Academy including an annual audited statement of the Academy's accounts;

(b) The Board shall approve the annual financial statements submitted by the GM only after taking into account the report of the International Board of Auditors for NATO mentioned in Article 55 below and the comments of any relevant committee on both the statements and the report.

(c) For all expenditures with respect to which withdrawals from the Loan Account were made on the basis of Project Management Reports or statements of expenditure, the Borrower shall:

any sum which has been the subject of a regular or conditional expenditure commitment and which has not been posted or which has not been taken into account in the financial statements;

(4) After receipt of a request, the misdemeanour authority shall, if necessary, supplement the procedure for taking evidence, taking into account the statements included in the request.

An annual financial statement on the overall status of the Donor's special-purpose contributions to the IDF, supported by delivery reports for each project financed from the sub-account;

UNIDO shall provide the Donor with the following statements and reports in the format normally followed by UNIDO for accounting and financial reporting for technical cooperation activities:

b) that the financial transactions which the statements account for have been carried out in conformity with the rules and regulations, budgetary provisions and other directives of the Organisation;

If either party or both parties fail to appear at the hearing, the court shall consider the appeal and render a decision, taking into account primarily the statements contained in the appeal and in the replication.

(a) The GM shall submit annual financial statements, where appropriate, and detailed accounts indicating actual expenditures and income in terms of the items contained in both the administrative and operational budgets;

The Corporation shall maintain separate records and accounts in respect of the funds in the Account and the funds disbursed by the Corporation pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, and the Corporation shall furnish quarterly to the Ministry a statement of account on such records and accounts.

` I have examined the financial statements of the Organisation for the budgetary period which ended on 31 December...... My examination consisted of a general analysis of the accounting methods and the checking of the accounting records and other evidence which I judged necessary in the circumstances.`

management account means a detailed statement of income and costs for a period in question, including a division into activities connected with air transport and other activities as well as pecuniary and non-pecuniary elements;

whether or not ledgers have been kept in good and due form; it is necessary to note cases where the material presentation of the financial statements diverges from accounting principles generally recognised and invariably applied;

Each Party shall provide effective, proportionate and dissuasive civil, administrative or criminal penalties for such omissions and falsifications in respect of the books, records, accounts and financial statements of such companies.

The Borrower shall maintain a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in a format acceptable to the Bank, adequate to reflect the operations, resources and expenditures related to the Project.

3.04 The Bank shall generate an account statement in respect of each call under a Guarantee, informing the Guarantor of the amounts applied from the LLCA and the MSCAs in respect of the Guaranteed Sums and the resulting balance of the LLCA and MSCAs.

(a) The Borrower shall maintain a financial management system, including records and accounts, and prepare financial statements in a format acceptable to the Bank, adequate to reflect the operations, resources and expenditures related to the Project.

(ii) furnish to the Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than six months after the end of each such year, (A) certified copies of the financial statements referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section for such year as so audited, and (B) an opinion on such statements, records and accounts and report of such audit, by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested; and

(ii) furnish to the Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than six (6) months after the end of each such year, (A) certified copies of the financial statements referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section for such year as so audited, and (B) an opinion on such statements, records and accounts and report of such audit, by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested; and

The Court of Auditors shall provide the European Parliament and the Council with a statement of assurance as to the reliability of the accounts and the legality and regularity of the underlying transactions which shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

To this end, the Council and the European Parliament in turn shall examine the accounts, the financial statement and the evaluation report referred to in Article III-408, the annual report by the Court of Auditors together with the replies of the institutions under audit to the observations of the Court of Auditors, the statement of assurance referred to in the second subparagraph of Article III-384(1) and any relevant special reports by the Court of Auditors.

6 When sending the management report and statement of accounts to the Member States, the Secretary General shall notify the definitive amount of the contribution for the two previous calendar years as well as the amount of the treasury advance in respect of the two calendar years to come.

Independently audited statements of the accounts established under Article 18 shall be made available to members as soon as possible after the close of each financial year, but not later than six months after that date, and be considered for approval by the Council at its next session, as appropriate.

(i) have the records, accounts and financial statements referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section and the records and accounts for the Special Account for each fiscal year audited, in accordance with auditing standards acceptable to the Bank, consistently applied, by independent auditors acceptable to the Bank;

The Director General shall submit to the Council, through the Executive Committee, an annual budget covering the administrative and operational requirements and the anticipated resources of the Organization, such supplementary estimates as may be required and the annual or special accounting statements of the Organization.

(f) Ensuring that private enterprises, taking into account their structure and size, have sufficient internal auditing controls to assist in preventing and detecting acts of corruption and that the accounts and required financial statements of such private enterprises are subject to appropriate auditing and certification procedures.

Each State Party shall take such civil and administrative measures as may be necessary, in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to preserve the integrity of accounting books, records, financial statements or other documents related to public expenditure and revenue and to prevent the falsification of such documents.

Each year, the Commission, taking into account the EIB's forecasts concerning the management and operation of the Investment Facility, shall establish and communicate to the Council by 15 October a statement of the commitments, payments and the annual amount of the calls for contributions to be made in the current and the two following budget years.

After the session, the WMO shall provide the Government with a detailed statement of accounts showing the actual additional costs incurred by the WMO and the amount to be borne by the Government pursuant to paragraph 1. These costs shall be expressed in Swiss francs, using the United Nations official rate of exchange at the time the payments are made.

The Government shall furnish the Agency with such relevant reports, maps, accounts, records, statements, documents and other information as it may request concerning any Agency-assisted projects, its execution or its continued feasibility and soundness, or concerning the compliance by the Government with its responsibilities under this Annex or Project Documents.

The Committee referred to in paragraph 1 shall confirm that the financial statements, as well as any other financial information contained in the annual accounts drawn up by the Board of Directors, give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Bank in respect of its assets and liabilities, and of the results of its operations and its cash flows for the financial year under review.

In order to prevent corruption, each State Party shall take such measures as may be necessary, in accordance with its domestic laws and regulations regarding the maintenance of books and records, financial statement disclosures and accounting and auditing standards, to prohibit the following acts carried out for the purpose of committing any of the offences established in accordance with this Convention:

(c) Such documents, statements or information as may be necessary to meet the requirements for the surrender process in the requested State, except that those requirements should not be more burdensome than those applicable to requests for extradition pursuant to treaties or arrangements between the requested State and other States and should, if possible, be less burdensome, taking into account the distinct nature of the Court.

The Bank may require withdrawals from the Loan Account to be made on the basis of statements of expenditure for expenditures for: (a) contracts for goods costing less than $200,000 equivalent each; and (b) services under contracts costing less than $100,000 equivalent each for consulting firms and $25,000 equivalent each for individual consultants, all under such terms and conditions as the Bank shall specify by notice to the Borrower.

(iv) ensure that such records and accounts are included in the annual audit referred to in paragraph (b) of this Section and that the report of such audit contains a separate opinion by said auditors as to whether the Project Management Reports or statements of expenditure submitted during such fiscal year, together with the procedures and internal controls involved in their preparation, can be relied upon to support the related withdrawals.

"Generally accepted accounting principles" refers to the recognized consensus or substantial authoritative support within a country at a particular time as to which economic resources and obligations should be recorded as assets and liabilities, which changes in assets and liabilities should be recorded, how the assets and liabilities and changes in them should be measured, what information should be disclosed and how it should be disclosed, and which financial statements should be prepared.

On behalf and for the account of the Agency, the Government shall carry out any required local procurement procedures for the purchase of office equipment including, in particular, the communication infrastructure (IT and ICT equipment), office furniture and potential contracts with external service and/or security personnel on the basis of technical requirements, specifications and plans provided by the Agency, and on a submitted authorisation and statement by the Agency that it shall provide the funds.
