Administrative Instructions

(v) ` Administrative Instructions` means the Administrative Instructions referred to in Rule 34;

(ii) ` Administrative Instructions` means the Administrative Instructions referred to in Rule 31;

(xxxi) ` Administrative Instructions` means the Administrative Instructions referred to in Rule 41.

(1) [Establishment of Administrative Instructions;

(3) [Modes of Payment] Fees shall be paid to the International Bureau in accordance with the Administrative Instructions.

(b) The Administrative Instructions shall deal with matters in respect of which these Regulations expressly refer to such Instructions and with details in respect of the application of these Regulations.

(3) [Publication and Effective Date] (a) The Administrative Instructions and any modification thereof shall be published in the Gazette.

The Director General shall consult the Offices of the Contracting Parties with respect to the proposed Administrative Instructions or their proposed modification.

(2) [Control by the Assembly] The Assembly may invite the Director General to modify any provision of the Administrative Instructions, and the Director General shall proceed accordingly.

In the event of allegations of misconduct or a breach of TSOs, regulations or instructions, the Participants will cooperate in the execution of any necessary investigation and administrative or disciplinary follow-up as the situation requires.

(6) [No Additional Matter] If the international application contains any matter other than that required or permitted by the 1999 Act, the 1960 Act, the 1934 Act, these Regulations or the Administrative Instructions, the International Bureau shall delete it ex officio.

(4) [Conflict with the 1999 Act, the 1960 Act, the 1934 Act or These Regulations] In the case of conflict between, on the one hand, any provision of the Administrative Instructions and, on the other hand, any provision of the 1999 Act, the 1960 Act, the 1934 Act or of these Regulations, the latter shall prevail.

(iii) in the case of a change in the ownership of the international registration, the name and address, given in accordance with the Administrative Instructions, of the natural person or legal entity mentioned in the request as the new holder of the international registration (hereinafter referred to as ` the transferee` ),

The manner of cooperation of the transport inspection service and the Administration in connection with carrying out inspection monitoring and administrative and technical supervision in order to ensure such coordination and effectiveness shall be prescribed by the minister responsible for transport, by means of instructions.

(vi) ` communication` means any international application or any request, declaration, invitation, notification or information relating to or accompanying an international application or an international registration that is addressed to the Office of a Contracting Party, the International Bureau, the applicant or the holder by means permitted by these Regulations or the Administrative Instructions;

(3) [Notification of Division of International Registration] Where, following a notification of refusal in accordance with Article 13(2), an international registration is divided before the Office of a designated Contracting Party in order to overcome a ground of refusal stated in that notification, that Office shall notify the International Bureau of such data concerning the division as shall be specified in the Administrative Instructions.
