For the purposes of applying Community aid schemes not covered by this Regulation and notwithstanding the specific provisions laid down under such schemes, in particular those concerning the terms under which aid may be granted, the Member States may incorporate in their administration and control mechanisms one or more of the administrative, technical or data-processing components of the integrated system.
Za uporabo programov pomoči Skupnosti, ki niso zajeti v tej uredbi, in ne glede na posebne določbe, ki so določene v takšnih programih, zlasti tistih, ki zadevajo pogoje, pod katerimi se lahko dodeli pomoč, lahko države članice v svoje upravne in nadzorne mehanizme vključijo enega ali več upravnih ali tehničnih elementov integriranega sistema oziroma elementov za obdelavo podatkov integriranega sistema.

Pursuant to Article 18(1)(b) of Decision 2000/596/EC, Member States shall, no later than two months after this Decision takes effect, send the Commission, in addition to the information contained in the first request for co-financing, a description of the management and control systems they have set in place and of any improvements planned, taking particular account of the generally recognised standards of good administrative practice set out in Annex I.
V skladu s členom 18(1)(b) Odločbe 2000/596/ES države članice najpozneje v dveh mesecih po začetku veljavnosti te odločbe pošljejo Komisiji dodatne informacije prve zahteve za sofinanciranje, opis sistemov za upravljanje in nadzor, ki so jih uvedle, in kakršne koli načrtovane izboljšave, zlasti z upoštevanjem splošno sprejetih standardov dobre upravne prakse iz Priloge I.

To that end, without prejudice to checks carried out by the Member States in accordance with national laws, regulations and administrative provisions, Commission officials or servants may, in accordance with arrangements agreed with the Member State in the framework of cooperation described in Article G(1) of Annex II, carry out on-the-spot checks, including sample checks, on the projects financed by the Fund and on management and control systems with a minimum of one working day's notice.
