In matters relating to route charges, the Council shall be the body responsible for determining the arrangements for giving effect to the General Assembly's decisions in route charge matters and supervising the Agency's tasks in this field.

c) To comply with Resolution 1721 (XVI) of the General Assembly of the United Nations, EUTELSAT shall send to the Secretary General of the United Nations, and to the specialized agencies concerned, for their information, an annual report on its activities.

»Annual Report« is a report on the implementation of the Annual Plan of the corporate governance of capital investments for the previous year which is prepared by the Agency in compliance with ZUKN and submitted to the Government and the National Assembly.

The Director General of the Agency and the Staff members of the Organisation shall be subject to a tax for the benefit of the Organisation on salaries and emoluments paid by the Organisation in accordance with the rules and conditions determined by the General Assembly.
