The Council shall act by the majority laid down in the first sentence of the fourth paragraph of Article 28. The adjustment shall be made on the basis of an assessment of developments in expenditure arising from the application of this Treaty.
Svet odloča z večino, kakor je določena v prvem stavku četrtega odstavka člena 28. Prilagoditev se izvede na podlagi ocene gibanja odhodkov, ki izhaja iz uporabe te pogodbe.
