(a) delivery of a certificate on the annual account of the SAPARD Agency as well as the SAPARD euro account regarding the integrality, accuracy and veracity of those accounts,

Our responsibility, acting as Certifying Body, is to express an opinion on the annual accounts based on our audit.

His absence shall be considered to be unjustified as from the thirteenth day of absence on account of sickness without a medical certificate.

If the ship or the crew has some alternative form of certification, the port State control officer, in making this inspection, may take the form and content of this documentation into account.

The object of this paper is to set out guidance regarding requirements of the certification of the account provided for in Article 6 of Section A of the Annex to the Multi-annual Financing Agreement.

(d) ` Certifying Body` means the body which is operationally independent of the SAPARD Agency and establishes a certificate of the accounts, reports on the management and control systems and verifies the co-financing elements;

Interim payments, other than those on account, shall be made by the Commission to reimburse expenditure actually paid under the Programme as certified by the National Authorising Officer in accordance with Article 9 of this Section.

(1) If it is not possible to issue an airworthiness certificate to an aircraft and the Administration considers that taking into account certain restrictions the aircraft is safe for flying, the Administration shall issue to it a special permit for flight in the Slovene airspace with specified restrictions.

(f) Ensuring that private enterprises, taking into account their structure and size, have sufficient internal auditing controls to assist in preventing and detecting acts of corruption and that the accounts and required financial statements of such private enterprises are subject to appropriate auditing and certification procedures.

The National Authorising Officer shall ensure that the Certifying Body's certificate on the annual account and the audit report of its findings referred to in paragraph 1 shall in particular state whether it has gained reasonable assurance that the accounts to be transmitted to the Commission are true, complete and accurate, and that the internal control procedures have operated satisfactorily.

(8) In the use of the fifth paragraph of this Article, the Administration, taking into account valid regulations including regulations relating to the issue of a certificate of airworthiness, shall enter in the aircraft register those aircraft that are owned by citizens of other states, members of the Communities and transfer from the aircraft register of the cited states without discriminatory taxes and without delay.

(ii) furnish to the Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than six months after the end of each such year, (A) certified copies of the financial statements referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section for such year as so audited, and (B) an opinion on such statements, records and accounts and report of such audit, by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested; and

(ii) furnish to the Bank as soon as available, but in any case not later than six (6) months after the end of each such year, (A) certified copies of the financial statements referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section for such year as so audited, and (B) an opinion on such statements, records and accounts and report of such audit, by said auditors, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested; and

(1) A fine of not less than 1,000,000 tolars shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offence in connection with the independent performance of a professional activity, and no less than a fine of 3,000,000 tolars on a legal person 1. for not conducting business with consumers in the Slovene language or for not using their full registered company name and address in written communications to consumers, or for not using at least their abridged registered company name and address in written communications which are not intended for a particular individual consumer (first and second paragraphs of Article 2) 2. for not allowing, as a provider of information society services, for a simple direct and constant access to the data referred to in the third paragraph of Article 2 (third the conclusion of a contract for goods referred to in Article 15b, a warranty certificate, technical instructions and a list of authorised service agents, or if these documents are not entirely in the Slovene language and easily understandable (first and third paragraphs of Article 16) 8. for failing to provide repair and maintenance of a product for the period covered by a warranty or for its extended period, free of charge, and after that period for a charge, by providing this service itself or through an authorised representative (fourth paragraph of Article 16) 9. for failing to provide maintenance, replacement parts and attachable components also after the expiry of the warranty period (fifth paragraph of Article 16) 10.for failing, as a seller of residential or business property,
