Quality classification shall take into consideration the following criteria: - Bending: bending shall be measured by dividing the total bow, expressed in centimetres to the nearest centimetre, by the distance separating the two extremities of the bend, expressed in metres to one decimal place.
Pri klasifikaciji po kakovosti se upoštevajo naslednja merila: - Krivost: Krivost se izmeri tako, da se višina loka, zaokrožena v centimetrih na najbližji centimeter, deli z razdaljo med obema koncema loka, izraženo v metrih na eno decimalno mesto natančno.

In cases where ordinary visual inspection fails to establish that the goods correspond to the description given in the refunds nomenclature, and where classification or the quality of the goods requires very precise information about the ingredients thereof, the customs authorities shall verify that description according to the nature of the product by using all the senses or by applying physical measures that may go as far as submitting the goods for analysis by laboratories specially equipped for the purpose.
Če se z običajnimi vizualnimi pregledi ne da ugotoviti, ali blago ustreza opisu iz nomenklature za nadomestila, in če klasifikacija ali kakovost blaga zahteva zelo natančne podatke o njegovih sestavinah, carinski organi preverijo ta opis glede na vrsto proizvoda z vsemi čutili ali z uporabo fizičnih ukrepov, ki lahko obsegajo tudi predložitev blaga v analizo, opravljeno v laboratorijih, posebej opremljenih za ta namen.
