Where a staff member at the time of leaving the service has not used up all his annual leave, he shall be paid compensation equal to one thirtieth of his monthly remuneration at the time of leaving the service for each day's leave due to him.
Če uslužbenec ob prenehanju dela ni izrabil vsega letnega dopusta, dobi ob prenehanju dela kompenzacijsko plačilo v višini ene tridesetine mesečnih osebnih prejemkov za vsak dan neizrabljenega dopusta, ki mu pripada.

(1) Salaries and wage compensations for the time of absence from work due to the annual leave and due to other absences from work as regards employees shall be recognised as expenditure in the calculated amount subject to collective agreements at the state level.
(1) Plače ter nadomestila plače za čas odsotnosti z dela zaradi izrabe letnega dopusta in zaradi drugih odsotnosti z dela delavcev se priznajo kot odhodek v obračunanem znesku v skladu s kolektivnimi pogodbami na ravni države.

(2) Salaries and wage compensations for the time of absence from work due to the annual leave and due to other absences from work as regards business executives, procurators and employees with special powers shall be recognised as expenditure in the calculated amount subject to the law or an employment contract made with the business executives in question.
(2) Plače ter nadomestila plače za čas odsotnosti z dela zaradi izrabe letnega dopusta in zaradi drugih odsotnosti z dela poslovodnih delavcev, prokuristov in delavcev s posebnimi pooblastili in odgovornostmi se priznajo kot odhodek v obračunanem znesku v skladu z zakonom oziroma s pogodbo o zaposlitvi s poslovodnimi osebami.

Za pravice državnih sekretarjev in predstojnikov organov v sestavi ministrstev ter predstojnikov vladnih služb do plače in nadomestil ter drugih osebnih prejemkov in povračil, do socialnega zavarovanja in dopustov ter za pravice po prenehanju mandata se smiselno uporabljajo določbe zakona o funkcionarjih v državnih organih (Uradni list RS, št. 30/90, 18/91, 22/91 in 2/91-1).
