If read-out systems (computers, data loggers) can provide sufficient accuracy and resolution below 15 % of full scale, measurements below 15 % of full scale are also acceptable.

When carrying out the pilot projects mentioned in paragraph 2, the Member State whose flag a vessel is flying or in which a vessel is registered shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the data transmitted by or recovered from, its fishing vessels are recorded in computer-readable form, regardless of the waters in which they are operating or the port they are in.

Pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 2847/93, data relating to the landing of quantities of stocks caught shall be sent by Member States to the Commission in computer readable form by using stock codes set out in each table of stock.

(3) It is necessary to have a computerised system for monitoring the movement of excisable goods, such as will allow Member States to obtain real-time information on those movements and to carry out the requisite checks, including checks during movement of products, within the meaning of Article 15 of Directive 92/12/EEC.

If the full scale value is 155 ppm (or ppm C) or less or if read-out systems (computers, data loggers) that provide sufficient accuracy and resolution below 15 % of full scale are used concentrations below 15 % of full scale are also acceptable.
