Uporaba nekaterih zahtev v zvezi s prikazovanjem in omejevanjem prikaza identitete kličočega in priključka v zvezi in avtomatična podaja klica na naročniške priključke, povezane z analognimi centralami, ne sme biti obvezna v posebnih primerih, v katerih bi bila taka uporaba tehnično nemogoča ali bi zahtevala nesorazmerne ekonomske napore.
