A project designer that takes over project documentation for formulation must appoint a responsible project designer for all the plans that make up the project.

The HN and SC may designate representatives to negotiate follow on documents that support and amplify this MOU.

b) ` service passport` refers only to the service passport of the Republic of Slovenia as designated on the document;

A project designer that formulated a preliminary phase of such project documentation or technical documentation may be involved as a bidder for the formulation of project documentation pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Act.

c) the designation of the authority competent to receive documents transmitted by consular channels, pursuant to Article 9.

5. Designing means the making of project and technical documentation and the technical advising connected thereto, and is divided in terms of the type of designs that make up such documentation into architectural and landscape architectural project design, construction project design and other project design.

The ZAPS shall provide professional examinations for the part of responsible project design and the auditing of project documentation that relates to architectural project design and landscape architectural project design, and for responsible planning.

The IZS shall provide professional examinations for the part of responsible project design and the auditing of project documentation that relates to construction project design and other project design, and for all types of responsible works management.

It shall be necessary to design, construct or reconstruct and use works such that they comply with spatial planning documents.

The designated liaison officer shall have access to all documents of NAMO and shall provide NAMO with such documents which are of interest to it and, for classified documents, on a ` need-to-know` basis and with the prior approval of the originator.

c) ` official passport` refers only to the official passport of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as designated on the document.

9. It entrusts the formulation of the project documentation to a person that does not fulfil the conditions for the project designer (Article 28)

An audit of the project documentation may be conducted by a legal or natural person that fulfils the conditions for the project designer prescribed by this act.

The seafarer's identity document shall be designed in a simple manner, be made of durable material, and be so fashioned that any alterations are easily detectable.

5.1. The project assignment is a systematically ordered documentation which comprises the textual and graphical material and other necessary texts in the form of guidelines for how the project designer should formulate the project documentation.

Detailed documents describing the S.N.S.A. process for licensing and regulating certain Slovenian facilities designated by the U.S.N.R.C. as similar to certain facilities being built or planned in the U.S. and equivalent documents on such U.S. facilities.

c. Detailed documents describing the U.S.N.R.C. process for licensing and regulating certain U.S. facilities designated by the S.N.S.A. as similar to certain facilities being built or planned in Slovenia and equivalent documents on such Slovenian facilities.

n) a detailed list of the documents which are required by customs or other administrative authorities and are attached to the consignment note or held at the disposal of the carrier at the offices of a duly designated authority or a body designated in the contract;

5.5.1. The conditions for designing are the conditions for designing that are stipulated by the relevant approving authority in accordance with the conditions specified in the spatial planning documents and in accordance with the approving authority's powers and responsibilities as defined by law or regulations on the basis of spatial planning documents.

5. It takes over project documentation for formulation and fails to appoint a responsible project designer for all the plans that make up the project (first paragraph of Article 45)

Investors that themselves do not fulfil the conditions for the project designer or auditor shall be free in making a decision on which legal or natural person to commission to formulate the project documentation and to audit the documentation, under the conditions stipulated by law.

If the same legal or natural person is the project designer and the supervisor, the project designer may not carry out any construction as a contractor on any works for which the project designer drew up the project documentation. If the project designer is also the contractor, the project designer and the supervisor must be different legal or natural persons, and the responsible project manager and the responsible supervisor may not hold any mutual commercial connection, be direct blood relatives or be married to each other or cohabiting with each other in a non-marital union.

3. It acts simultaneously as the project designer or the contractor in connection with the same works for which it conducts the audit of the project documentation (third paragraph of Article 34).

(c) communications by the Registrar of the Court of Justice of the European Communities of the relevant documents to the competent national authorities, to be designated by each Contracting Party.

The project design shall include a contingency plan that will ensure conservation of underwater cultural heritage and supporting documentation in the event of any interruption of anticipated funding.

The investor or project designer shall obtain the conditions for drawing up the project documentation relating to the works's compliance with the Spatial planning Act on the basis of location information.

18. During construction it acts as the auditor and also acts as the project designer, contractor or supervisor on the works for which it audited the project documentation (seventh paragraph of Article 34)

5.5.2. Approval is confirmation from the relevant approving authority that the project documentation has been designed in accordance with the conditions for designing stipulated by the approving authority.

The project design shall include a contingency plan that will ensure conservation of underwater cultural heritage and supporting documentation in the event of any interruption or termination of the project.

21. It fails to offer the formulation of the project documentation to the author of the solution selected in the tender, if such fulfils the conditions for the project designer (fourth paragraph of Article 43)

(c) the designated official(s) shall afford sympathetic consideration to exporters' grievances and shall render a decision as soon as possible after receipt of the documentation referred to in subparagraph (b).

The investor may also be the auditor, but in such a case may not act as the project designer, a contractor or the supervisor on a works for which the investor is conducting the audit of the project documentation.

However, if the applicant is not the inventor or is not the sole inventor, the designation shall be filed in a separate document; the designation must state the family name, given names and full address of the inventor and the statement referred to in Article 81 and shall bear the signature of the applicant or his representative.

14. It entrusts the audit of the project documentation to a person that is acting as the project designer or the contractor in connection with the works for which it is conducting the audit (third paragraph of Article 34)

The project designer shall define the works' zone of influence by verifying the works's potential impact on soil, water, air, neighbouring works and people's health, and illustrating such impact in the project documentation.

4.2.2. The responsible design manager is the individual responsible to the designer for the mutual compliance of all the designs that make up the project documentation and for the quality of the processing of the entire project.

Each Contracting State shall be free, in addition, to use consular channels to forward documents, for the purpose of service, to those authorities of another Contracting State which are designated by the latter for this purpose.

Project documentation and individual elements thereof based on which a works was constructed may also be used for the construction or reconstruction of other works, if the investor and the project designer that drew it up so consent.

(3) If the applicant is not the inventor or is not the sole inventor, the European Patent Office shall inform the designated inventor of the data in the document designating him and the further data mentioned in Article 128, paragraph 5.

The Contracting Parties shall notify each other of the authority designated for each State responsible for receiving transit requests and the necessary documents, as well as any other official correspondence relating to transit requests.

Only a legal or natural person that is not acting as the project designer or contractor and is not in any relationship therewith in connection with a works for which an audit of the project documentation is being conducted may act as the auditor.

For each completed element of the plan formulated thereby the responsible project designer must confirm it with his signature and identification number, thereby guaranteeing that the plan formulated by the responsible project designer is in accordance with the spatial planning documents and building regulations, and with the conditions of the relevant approving authorities.

4. It uses project documentation based on which a works was constructed, and failed to obtain the approval of the investor or the project designer that formulated it for the construction or reconstruction of another works (third paragraph of Article 37)

(3) At the request of the designated Office or the applicant, the International Searching Authority shall send to the said Office or the applicant, respectively, copies of the documents cited in the international search report, as provided in the Regulations.

(b) Where the receiving Office has declared that the designation of any given State is considered withdrawn, the International Bureau shall promptly send, at the request of the applicant, copies of any document in the file to the national Office of such State.

The author of the solution selected in the tender must work with the selected project designer as an associate author that explains and as needed upgrades the solution selected in the tender for the project designer and that ensures that the formulation of the project documentation complies with the solution selected in the tender, as confirmed by a declaration of conformity. In this process the minimum tariff conditions pursuant to the provisions of this act shall apply to the definition of the payment of costs to the author as an associate author. An author that refuses to work with the selected project designer or that fails to respond to a call to do so shall be deemed not to wish to work with the project designer and to have waived the right to work with the project designer as an associate author.

Within the terms of the exchange, the administrators will be responsible for developing the scope of the exchange, including agreement on the designation of the nuclear energy facilities subject to the exchange, and on specific documents and standards to be exchanged.

The investor of an intended works, the project designer that drew up the project documentation for such a works, the contractor for the construction of such a works, the supervisor of the construction of such a works and the auditor of the project documentation for such a works shall be liable for direct damage incurred by third parties that derives from their work and their contractual obligations.
