Member States shall inform the Commission, by way of a protocol, of the grading methods they wish to have authorized for application in their territory, describing the dissection trial and indicating the principles on which these methods are based and the equations used for assessing the percentage of lean meat.
3.Države članice s protokolom obvestijo Komisijo o načinih razvrščanja, za katere želijo, da jih Komisija odobri za uporabo na njihovem ozemlju, pri čemer opišejo preizkus z raztelesenjem in navedejo načela, na katerih temeljijo ti načini, ter enačbe za ocenjevanje odstotka mesnatosti.
