In the absence of cooperation by any Moldovan company, it is concluded, on the basis of the available information, that the change in the pattern of trade stemmed from the imposition of the anti-dumping duty rather than any other sufficient due cause or economic justification within the meaning of the second sentence of Article 13(1) of the basic Regulation.
Ob nesodelovanju podjetij iz Moldavije, se lahko na podlagi razpoložljivih informacij zaključi, da so spremembe v vzorcu trgovanja nastale bolj zaradi uvedbe protidampinških ukrepov kot pa zaradi pomanjkanja ustreznega razloga oziroma ekonomske upravičenosti v smislu drugega stavka člena 13(1) osnovne uredbe.
