One year before the expiry of this Agreement, the Parties shall review the results of its implementation and shall examine ways and means of continuing or further developing such cooperation.

On the basis of the results of that examination, the Council and the Commission shall make a joint annual report to the European Council on the employment situation in the Union and on the implementation of the guidelines for employment.

Because of the importance of citrus fruits for the Algerian economy, Algeria considers that in the event of the Community being enlarged to include other Mediterranean countries there will be a re-examination, in accordance with Article 48 of the Agreement between the Community and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, of the arrangements provided for in Article 15 of that Agreement in order to safeguard the advantages resulting from its implementation.

The EURES Coordination Office shall examine the activity plans and the information sent on their implementation with a view to assessing their consistency with the guidelines and the provisions of Part II of Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68. Whereas the review carried out by the Council of diagnostic procedures of most importance for implementation of effective surveillance and monitoring programmes for bovine tuberculosis, bovine brucellosis and enzootic bovine leucosis included in-depth examination of laboratory testing methods and resulted in time-consuming deliberations;

whereas, in the case of requests submitted with a view to taking account of an increase in the surface area of the orchards concerned as a result of new members joining the producers' organization, any changes should be examined after a certain period of implementation of the plans and of the operation of these organizations, which period should enable an assessment of the stability of the organizations and of progress in implementing the plans following their approval to be made;
