If the trade inspectorate or other competent inspection body establishes that - the prices of goods or services are not marked, or are not visibly marked (first paragraph of Article 26);

In the cases specified in the first and second paragraphs of this article, when it is necessary to wholly or partly remove a works, execution shall be the responsibility of the building inspector, who shall not conduct acts of inspection supervision if the investor acts in accordance with the provisions of Article 151 of this act.

An inspection measure specified in the first paragraph of Article 153 of this act that relates to the use of a works in contravention of the conditions specified in the building permit shall only apply to works constructed on the basis of a building permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this act.

From the day this act enters into force the inspection measure specified in point 3 of the first paragraph of Article 150 of this act shall apply to works constructed on the basis of a building permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this act or on the basis of a building permit or standard permit for construction issued on the basis of the ZGO.

7. as a foreign air carrier performs regular air transport in conflict with international agreement or special permit (first paragraph of Article 81), 8. as air carrier performs special air transport without a permit (second paragraph of Article 81), 9. as an air carrier in regular air transport does not operate in accordance with the flight schedule (first paragraph of Article 84), 10. as an air carrier does not provide basic security inspections of aircraft or equipment required for performing such (fourth paragraph of Article 127), 11. as an air carrier provides ground care for his own needs under conditions of self-service but does not meet the prescribed organisational, technical and technological conditions for providing individual categories of service or does not obtain the prescribed conditions (third paragraph of Article 159).

(1) A person who works in the air traffic navigation services, aviation and other professional staff of air carriers, staff who maintain airport aprons, facilities, equipment and installations at an airport, important for the safety of air traffic, personnel of the meteorological service for aviation (air meteorological service), personnel for reception and dispatch of aircraft, passengers and /cargo/, personal security, rescue and firefighting services, services of emergency medical aid or first aid and personnel of other services referred to in Article 89 of this Act and compulsory inspection services which must be organised at public airports under the provisions of this Act, shall exercise the right to strike on condition of guaranteeing the safety of air traffic in compliance with the provisions of this Act and other regulations which regulate strikes, and collective contracts.

The inspection shall be carried out within the time-limit laid down in the first subparagraph of Article 6(3) by inspectors from the Member State holding the appropriate qualifications;

The inspection, which shall be completed within the time-limit referred to in Article 31(3), first subparagraph, shall be undertaken by inspectors from the Member State who possess the appropriate qualifications;

Vessels already in service on or laid down before 1 January 1985 but whose construction and equipment do not fully comply with the provisions of this Directive must be brought into line with them within one year of the date of the first technical inspection provided for in Article 8 (2) of the Directive, with the exception of the provisions in Table 1 below, to which the following conditions apply: (a) The requirements set out in the first column of the table must be implemented within five years of the date of the first inspection provided for in Article 8 of the Directive.

Member States shall communicate to the Commission and the other Member States the list of approved bodies established in the Community, which they have recognised in accordance with the criteria of paragraph 2, for the purpose of carrying out periodic inspections of receptacles - including their valves and other accessories used for transport - referred to in Article 2(1), first indent, or conformity reassessment of existing receptacles - including their valves and other accessories used for transport - which conform to a type reassessed by a notified body, to ensure continued compliance with the relevant provisions of Directives 94/55/EC and 96/49/EC in accordance with the procedures laid down in Annex IV, Part III, module 1.

Whereas the first indent of the first subparagraph of Article 13 (1) of Directive 92/46/EEC provides that animals on production holdings must undergo regular veterinary inspections to ensure that the requirements of Annex A, Chapter I, are being complied with;

A producer using, for the first time after registration, a name reserved pursuant to Article 13 (1) or (2), even if he belongs to the group making the original application, shall in due course notify a designated inspection authority or body of the Member State in which he is established thereof.

the inspections required pursuant to Article 12 of Directive 77/93/EEC shall be made by officials specially instructed or trained for the purposes of this Decision with the assistance of the experts referred to in Article 19a of Directive 77/93/EEC under the procedure laid down therein, either in the ports mentioned in (b) or at the first place of storage referred to in (e);

The officials representing the competent authority shall report after each of the inspections mentioned in the first paragraph on whether the manufacturer complies with the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practice referred to in Article 51. The inspected manufacturer shall be informed of the content of such reports.

In particular, in the case referred to in point (b) of the first subparagraph of Article 4(1), where the transponder does not comply with ISO Standard 11784 or Annex A to ISO Standard 11785, the owner or natural person responsible for the pet animal must provide the means necessary for reading the transponder at the time of any inspection.

If it becomes clear that a commercial vehicle presents a serious risk to its occupants or other road users either during the roadside inspection referred to in Article 4(1) or during the more elaborate test referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph, use of that vehicle may be prohibited until the dangerous deficiencies discovered have been rectified.

Where an operator runs several production units in the same area, units in the area producing crop or crop products not covered by Article 1 must also be subject to the inspection arrangements as regards the first subparagraph of point 2 and points 3, 4 and 5. Plants of the same variety as those produced at the unit referred to in point 1 may not be produced at these units.

In accordance with the procedures referred to in the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, phytosanitary measures adopted by a third country for export into the Community shall be recognised as equivalent to the phytosanitary measures laid down in this Directive, in particular to those specified in Annex IV, if that third country objectively demonstrates to the Community that its measures achieve the Community's appropriate level of phytosanitary protection and if this is confirmed by the conclusions resulting from findings made on the occasion of reasonable access of the experts referred to in Article 21 for inspection, testing and other relevant procedures in the relevant third country.

In addition, importers and first consignees must submit any import authorisations under Article 11(6) and certificates of inspection for import from third countries.

The information procedure referred to in the first indent of Article 1 (1) shall cover border inspection posts, the central authorities of the Member States and the Commission.

Member States shall, subject to Article 7a, ensure that an expanded inspection is carried out on a ship to which paragraph 3 applies and which has a target factor of 7 or more at its first port visited after a period of 12 months since the last expanded inspection.

The inspection shall be carried out within the time-limit laid down in the first subparagraph of Article 6(3) by inspectors from the Member State holding the appropriate qualifications;

where appropriate, name, address and identification number of the notified body which carried out the final inspection of the lift in accordance with the first indent of Article 8 (2), (i), (ii) and (iii),

The inspection, which shall be completed within the time-limit referred to in Article 31(3), first subparagraph, shall be undertaken by inspectors from the Member State who possess the appropriate qualifications;

Whereas article 13 (1) first indent of Directive 92/46/EEC provides that animals on holdings are submitted to a regular veterinary inspection in order to verify compliance with the provisions of Annex A chapter I;

In Article 4(12) the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: "The first consignee shall, at the reception of the consignment, complete box 18 of the original of the certificate of inspection, to certify that the reception of the consignment has been carried out in accordance with Section C, point 6 of Annex III to Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91."

Inspections by the Commission carried out of its own accord and without the assistance of inspectors of the Member State concerned shall take place only on fishing vessels and places of first landing or first sales, and shall be limited to areas or stocks subject to a specific monitoring programme decided under Article 34c of Regulation (EEC) No 2847/93.

9.Where an operator runs several production units in the same area, units in the area producing crop or crop products not covered by Article 1 must also be subject to the inspection arrangements as regards the first subparagraph of point 2 and points 3, 4 and 5.

Without prejudice to respectively Article 16(2) and 13c(8) of Directive 2000/29/EC, the results of the surveys provided for in the first paragraph and the results of the inspections and tests provided for in Article 2 shall be notified to the Commission and to the other Member States by 30 November 2004.

At the request of one the two Member States concerned - where the irregularities are confirmed by the inspection referred to in the first indent of the fifth subparagraph - the Commission must, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 28, take the appropriate measures.

A Community inspection has shown that the hygiene standards of that establishment are satisfactory and that it may therefore be included on the first list of establishments, to be drawn up in accordance with Article 4(1) of Directive 72/462/EEC, from which imports of fresh meat may be authorised.

Where an operator contracts out any of the activities referred to in the first subparagraph to a third party, that operator shall nonetheless be subject to the requirements referred to in points (a) and (b), and the subcontracted activities shall be subject to the inspection system referred to in Article 9.";

Whereas Community on-the-spot inspections have shown that the hygiene standards of many of these establishments are sufficient and they may therefore be entered on a first list, established according to Article 4 (1) of the said Directive, of establishments from which importation of fresh meat may be authorized;

Special safeguards to be complied with during transport between the quarantine centre farms of origin and of destination and border inspection posts and in the quarantine centres referred to in the first indent of the preceding subparagraph may be laid down in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 23.

Grading and the indication of the size category and degree of freshness, as referred to in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 103/76, shall take place allowing a reasonable period before the product is first offered for sale, so as to facilitate the inspection provided for in Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 3796/81.

Without prejudice to the monitoring referred to in the second indent of Article 21(3), first possibility of the said Directive, the Commission shall determine to which extent the inspections referred to in the second indent of Article 21(3), second possibility of the said Directive shall be integrated into the inspection programme in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 21(5) of that Directive;
