however, in order to foster greater market stability for the products concerned, with due account being taken of their characteristics and of the diversity of the circumstances pertaining to their production and marketing, such products should be covered by a Community price support scheme adapted to their specific features, based on the application of a withdrawal price fixed independently by producer organisations and the granting of flat-rate aid, on certain conditions, to such organisations for products that have been the subject of independent intervention;
