(3) Irrespective of the provisions of the previous paragraph, in matters handled by the IZS/97 as public authorisations pursuant to the provisions of this act until the ZAPS and IZS commence operations, the Ministry of the Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy shall conduct supervision of the suitability and legality of its work pursuant to the provisions of this act.

(4) A road vehicle intended for pre-carriage and on-carriage by road in unaccompanied transport may be parked in the area of the terminal of combined transport or in parking places in their immediate surroundings and in a private facility (parking area) on the basis of an authorisation issued by the authorities and in accordance with the legal regulations of the Contracting Party where the terminal is located.
(4) Cestno vozilo, namenjeno za dovoz in odvoz po cesti v nespremljanem prevozu, se lahko parkira na območju terminala kombiniranega prevoza ali na parkiriščih v njegovi neposredni bližini in v zasebnem objektu (parkirišču) na podlagi dovoljenja, ki so ga izdali organi, in v skladu s pravnimi predpisi pogodbenice, v kateri je terminal.

In the event of the ZAPS or the IZS going into bankruptcy or liquidation, irrespective of the regulations governing the dissolution of legal persons the proceedings may not be completed until, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by the statute of the ZAPS or the IZS, the records and other materials used by the professional chamber in the implementation of public authorisations pursuant to the provisions of this act are returned to the Republic of Slovenia.

(1) If during the procedure any person requests inclusion in the procedure and demonstrates that the zone of influence in the project for acquiring the building permit based on which the relevant administrative body for construction matters designated the parties to the procedure was erroneously illustrated, such person must submit evidence for such assertions. An expert opinion from a legal or natural person that in accordance with regulations on environmental protection has obtained an authorisation to formulate environmental impact reports shall be deemed to be evidence.
(1) Če kdo med postopkom zahteva vključitev v postopek in dokazuje, da je vplivno območje v projektu za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, na podlagi katerega je pristojni upravni organ za gradbene zadeve določil stranke v postopku, prikazano napačno, mora za svoje trditve predložiti dokaz. Kot dokaz se šteje ekspertno mnenje pravne ali fizične osebe, ki ima v skladu s predpisi o varstvu okolja pridobljeno pooblastilo za izdelavo poročil o vplivih na okolje.

If an appeal is lodged or a repeat procedure is proposed on the grounds that the appellant was given no opportunity to be involved in the procedure as a secondary participant because such person believes that the works' zone of influence was erroneously illustrated, within fifteen days of the applications being lodged with the relevant administrative body for construction matters it shall be necessary to produce an expert opinion for the appeal or proposal for a repeat procedure from which it proceeds that the works' zone of influence is erroneously illustrated in the project for acquiring the building permit. Such an opinion shall be formulated by a legal or natural person that in accordance with regulations on environmental protection has obtained an authorisation for formulating environmental impact reports.
(3) Če se vlaga pritožba ali predlaga obnova postopka iz razloga, ker pritožniku ni bila dana možnost udeležbe v postopku kot stranskemu udeležencu, ker takšna oseba meni, da je vplivno območje objekta prikazano napačno, je treba pritožbi oziroma predlogu za obnovo postopka najpozneje v 15 dneh po vloženi vlogi pristojnemu upravnemu organu za gradbene zadeve predložiti ekspertno mnenje, iz katerega izhaja, da je vplivno območje objekta v projektu za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja prikazano napačno. Takšno mnenje izdela pravna ali fizična oseba, ki ima v skladu s predpisi o varstvu okolja pridobljeno pooblastilo za izdelavo poročil o vplivih na okolje.

Article 71 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93 of 22 July 1993 laying down Community procedures for the authorisation and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products(5) provided that, within six years of its entry into force, the Commission was required to publish a general report on the experience acquired as a result of the operation of the marketing authorisation procedures laid down in that Regulation and in other Community legal provisions.
Člen 71 Uredbe Sveta (EGS) št. 2309/93 z dne 22. julija 1993 o postopkih Skupnosti za pridobitev dovoljenja za promet z zdravili in nadzor nad zdravili za uporabo v humani in veterinarski medicini ter o ustanavljanju Evropske agencije za vrednotenje zdravil [5], je določil, da se v šestih letih od začetka njene veljavnosti od Komisije zahteva objava splošnega poročila o pridobljenih izkušnjah na podlagi postopkov izdajanja dovoljenj za promet, ki so določeni v navedeni uredbi in drugih predpisih zakonodaje Skupnosti.
