It should, moreover, be noted that the secrecy of proceedings is also protected by the code of conduct on public access to Commission and Council documents as set out in Commission Decision 94/90/ECSC, EC, Euratom (13), as amended by Decision 96/567/ECSC, EC, Euratom (14) as are internal documents relating to inspections and investigations and those whose disclosure could jeopardize the protection of individual privacy, business and industrial secrets or the confidentiality requested by a legal or natural person.

'As regards exports of whole chickens falling under the codes 0207 21 10 900 and 0207 21 90 190 of the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds to countries referred to in Annex IV, until 30 June 1996 export licences may be applied for only by natural or legal persons who are able to prove to the satisfaction of the competent authorities in the Member States that they have exported not less than 1 000 tonnes of products falling within CN codes 0207, 1602 20, 1602 31 and 1602 39 in each of the two calendar years preceding the year in which the licence application was lodged.'
`Za izvoz celih piščancev, ki se uvrščajo v tarifni oznaki 0207 21 10 900 in 0207 21 90 190 nomenklature kmetijskih proizvodov za izvozna nadomestila za države, navedene v Prilogi IV, lahko do 30. junija 1996 za izvozna dovoljenja zaprosijo samo fizične ali pravne osebe, ki pristojnim organom dokažejo, da so v vsakem od obeh koledarskih let pred letom, za katerega je vložen zahtevek za dovoljenje, izvozile najmanj 1.000 ton proizvodov, ki se uvrščajo v tarifne oznake KN 0207, 1602 20, 1602 31 in 1602 39.`

Ta konvencija v ničemer ne posega v kodifikacijo in razvoj pomorskega prava s strani Konference Združenih narodov o pomorskem pravu, sklicane v skladu z Resolucijo 2750 C (XXV) Generalne skupščine Združenih narodov, in prav tako ne v sedanje ali prihodnje zahtevke in pravna stališča katere koli države v zvezi s pomorskim pravom ter naravo in obsegom njene pristojnosti nad obalo in plovili, ki plujejo pod njeno zastavo.
