The agreement on demerger specified in the previous paragraph must be concluded and certified by a notary public within one year of the entry into force of this act. The costs of the notarial certification of the agreement shall be borne by the ZAPS.
(3) Sporazum o razdružitvi iz prejšnjega odstavka mora biti sklenjen in overjen pri notarju najpozneje v enem letu po uveljavitvi tega zakona. Stroške notarske overitve sporazuma nosi ZAPS.
