3.1 In fulfilling their commitments the Authorities will carry out inspections, which will consist of a visit on board a ship in order to check the certificates and documents as referred to in section 2 of Annex 1. Furthermore the Authorities will satisfy themselves that the crew and the overall condition of the ship, including the engine room and accommodation and including hygienic conditions, meets generally accepted international rules and standards.
3.1 Pri izpolnjevanju svojih obveznosti bodo oblasti opravljale preglede, ki bodo zajemali obisk na ladji zaradi preverjanja spričeval in listin, navedenih v razdelku 2 Priloge 1. Poleg tega se bodo oblasti prepričale, da sta posadka in celotno stanje ladje, vključno s strojnico in bivalnimi prostori ter higienskimi razmerami, v skladu s splošno sprejetimi mednarodnimi predpisi in standardi.

The persons, possessing seafarer's identity documents, as refereed to in article 9 of this Agreement, issued by one of the Contracting parties shall be permitted for the purpose to stay in the territory of the other Contracting party or pass through its territory, to return on board their vessel, to return to the country of their origin or for other purpose recognised as acceptable by the competent authorities of this Contracting party, regardless the type of vehicle used and complying with the laws and regulations of that same Contracting party.
Posameznikom, ki so imetniki osebnih dokumentov pomorščakov, omenjenih v 9. členu tega sporazuma, ki jih je izdala ena od pogodbenic, je dovoljeno bivanje na ozemlju druge pogodbenice ali prehod čez njeno ozemlje z namenom vrnitve na njihovo ladjo, v matično državo ali drugega namena, ki ga kot sprejemljivega priznavajo pristojni organi te pogodbenice, ne glede na vrsto uporabljenega vozila in ob upoštevanju zakonov in predpisov te iste pogodbenice.

Notwithstanding the obligations mentioned in Article 33 of the Convention, it is agreed that any aircraft operated by the designated airlines on services to or from the territory of the other Contracting Party may, while within the territory of the other Contracting Party, be made the subject of an examination by the authorized representatives of the other Contracting Party, on board and around the aircraft to check both the validity of the aircraft documents and those of its crew and the apparent condition of the aircraft and its equipment (ramp inspection), provided this does not lead to unreasonable delay.
Ne glede na obveznosti iz 33. člena konvencije velja, da lahko vsako letalo, ki ga določeni prevozniki uporabljajo za prevoz na ozemlje druge pogodbenice ali z njega, medtem ko je na ozemlju druge pogodbenice, znotraj in zunaj preiščejo pooblaščeni predstavniki druge pogodbenice, da bi preverili veljavnost dokumentov letala in osebja ter vidno stanje letala in njegove opreme (nadzor na ploščadi), če to ne povzroči prevelike zamude.

The Contracting Parties shall ensure that aircraft registered in one Contracting Party suspected of non-compliance with international aviation safety standards established pursuant to the Convention landing at airports open to international air traffic in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be subject to ramp inspections by the competent authorities of that other Contracting Party, on board and around the aircraft to check both the validity of the aircraft documents and those of its crew and the apparent condition of the aircraft and its equipment.
Pogodbenici zagotovita, da vsak zrakoplov, registriran v eni pogodbenici, za katerega obstaja sum o neskladnosti z mednarodnimi letalskimi varnostnimi standardi, vzpostavljenimi v skladu s Konvencijo, in pristaja na letališčih, odprtih za mednarodni zračni promet, na ozemlju druge pogodbenice, na ploščadi pregledajo pristojni organi druge pogodbenice, na krovu zrakoplova in okrog njega, da bi preverili veljavnost dokumentov zrakoplova in njegove posadke ter vidno stanje zrakoplova in njegove opreme.

(4) Members of a bank's management board must ensure that the bank keeps books of accounts and other records and business documents, prepares book-keeping documents, evaluates book-keeping entries, prepares accounting and other reports, and reports to and notifies the Bank of Slovenia in accordance with the present law and regulations on the basis thereof.
(4) Člani uprave banke morajo zagotoviti, da banka vodi poslovne in druge knjige ter poslovno dokumentacijo, sestavlja knjigovodske listine, vrednoti knjigovodske postavke, sestavlja računovodska in druga poročila ter poroča oziroma obvešča Banko Slovenije v skladu s tem zakonom in na njegovi podlagi izdanimi predpisi.
