The head of the police inspectorate with the Office for Internal Affairs in Ljubljana, Pavle Čelik, responded to this complaint in an interview for Delo on August 8, 1989. Among other things he stated that 'the members of the said section, as well as other homosexuals, should adopt more self-protective behavior.
