My research, analysis and documentation is aimed at a detailed presentation and description of the inner workings of this discourse. In addition, I would also like to present the author and his work in the light of the antidiscriminatory article of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, first in the light of Chapter 2 dealing with human rights and fundamental freedoms where Article 14 (equality before the law) reads as follows: 'In Slovenia each individual shall be guaranteed equal human rights and fundamental freedoms irrespective of national origin, race, sex, language, religion, political or other beliefs, financial status, birth, education, social status or whatever other personal circumstance.
