Until the municipalities determine the value of (he point for the assessment of the amount of compensation for the use of building sites, the point shall be revaluated, from ) January 1995 onwards, using the retail price index, determined by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the period of the first nine months of the year before the year for which the compensation is being assessed, in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
Dokler občine ne določijo vrednosti točke za ugotovitev zneska nadomestila za uporabo stavbnega zemljišča, se vrednost točke s 1. januarjem 1995 valorizira s koeficientom rasti cen na drobno, ki ga ugotovi Zavod Republike Slovenije za statistiko, za obdobje prvih devetih mesecev leta pred letom, za katero se nadomestilo odmerja, v primerjavi z enakim obdobjem prejšnjega leta.

Where producer organisations carry out the withdrawals referred to in paragraph 1, they shall grant their members, for the quantities withdrawn from the market, an indemnity at least equal to the sum of the financial compensation calculated in accordance with paragraph 3(a), plus an amount equal to 10 % of the withdrawal price applied by that organisation.
Če organizacija proizvajalcev s trga umakne proizvode v skladu z odstavkom 1, svojim članom za količine, umaknjene s trga, odobri odškodnino, ki je najmanj enaka znesku finančnega nadomestila, izračunanega v skladu z odstavkom 3(a), povečanim za znesek, enak 10 % odtegnitvene cene, ki jo uporablja organizacija.

Whereas, in accordance with Article 15(3)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 2200/96, the operational funds may be used to supplement the Community withdrawal compensation, but the supplement thus fixed, added to the Community withdrawal compensation, may not exceed the maximum level of withdrawal prices applying in the 1995/96 marketing year in accordance with Article 16(3a), Articles 16a and 16b and the first indent of Article 18(1)(a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72(5), as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1363/95(6);
ker se lahko v skladu s členom 15(3)(b) Uredbe (ES) št. 2200/96 operativni skladi uporabijo kot dodatek nadomestilu Skupnosti za umik s trga, vendar pa tako določen dodatek, dodan nadomestilu Skupnosti za umik s trga, ne sme presegati maksimalne ravni cen za umik s trga, v uporabi v tržnem letu 1995/96 v skladu s členom 16(3a), členoma 16a in 16b ter prvo alineo člena 18(1)(a) Uredbe Sveta (EGS) št.1035/72, kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Uredbo Komisije (ES) št. 1363/95;

Compensation of employees at current prices divided by employee labour input at constant prices yields an implicit compensation price index comparable with the implicit price index of final uses.
Sredstva za zaposlene v tekočih cenah, deljena z inputi dela zaposlenih v stalnem nadomestilu, dajejo implicitni indeks cen nadomestil, ki je primerljiv z implicitnim indeksom cen končne porabe.

10.55.For the purpose of measuring the real purchasing power of compensation of employees, this flow can be deflated by an index reflecting the uses made of these earnings.The price index normally chosen for this purpose is the implicit deflator for individual consumption expenditure or the consumer price index.
Za merjenje realne kupne moči sredstev za zaposlene je ta tok mogoče deflacionirati z indeksom, ki odraža porabe teh zaslužkov, to pa sta navadno implicitni deflator izdatkov za individualno potrošnjo ali indeks cen življenjskih potrebščin.

Member States may set a maximum level for the compensation or supplement but the amount of the supplement thus fixed added to the amount of the Community withdrawal compensation may not exceed the maximum level of withdrawal prices applying in the 1995/1996 marketing year in accordance with Article 16 (3) (a), Article 16 (a), Article 16 (b) and the first indent of Article 18 (1) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72.
Države članice lahko določijo za nadomestilo ali dodatek najvišjo raven, vendar višina zneska tako določenega dodatka, prištetega k znesku za nadomestilo Skupnosti za umik s trga, ne sme biti višja od najvišje ravni cen za umik s trga, ki so se uporabljale v tržnem letu 1995/1996 v skladu s členom 16(3)(a), 16(b) in s prvo alineo člena 18(1) Uredbe (EGS) št. 1035/72.
