The marketing authorisation holder shall be required to record all suspected serious adverse reactions which are brought to his attention by a health-care professional and to report them promptly to the competent authority of the Member State on whose territory the incident occurred, and no later than 15 days following the receipt of the information.
Imetnik dovoljenja za promet z zdravilom vodi dokumentacijo o vseh domnevnih neželenih učinkih, na katere ga opozorijo zdravstveni delavci, in pristojnemu organu države članice, na ozemlju katere se pojavijo, poroča takoj, najkasneje pa v 15 dneh po prejetju informacije.

Each Member State shall ensure that all suspected serious adverse reactions, and adverse human reactions, occurring within its territory to a veterinary medicinal product authorised in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation which are brought to its attention are recorded and reported promptly to the Agency and the holder of the marketing authorisation for the veterinary medicinal product, and no later than 15 days following receipt of the information.
Vsaka država članica zagotovi, da se vsi domnevni resni neželeni učinki in neželeni učinki, ki jih ima veterinarsko zdravilo, odobreno v skladu z določbami te uredbe, na ljudi na njenem ozemlju in na katere je opozorjena, zabeležijo, agencija in imetnik dovoljenja za promet z veterinarskim zdravilom pa sta o tem nemudoma obveščena in sicer najkasneje v 15 dneh po prejemu podatkov.
