Resource allocation

Resource allocation shall be based on needs and performance, as defined in this Agreement.

The criteria listed below are intended to assist UNIDO and the Donor in programming and resource allocation from the Donor's special-purpose contributions to the Industrial Development Fund, in line with the Donor's policies.
