The Council shall determine the functioning and scope of work of the committees and other subsidiary bodies.

(Scope of works of responsible supervision)

(a) to contractors or consultants of the receiving Party located within the geographical limits of that Party's nation, for use only within the scope of work of their contracts with the receiving Party in work relating to the subject matter of the proprietary information;

Any time spent by a driver driving a vehicle which falls outside the scope of this Agreement to or from a vehicle which falls within the scope of this Agreement and which is not at the driver's home or at the employer's operational centre where the driver is normally based shall count as 'other work'.”

More attention has been devoted to the research of relations between working conditions and the health of workers in different industries14, which does not fall within the scope of the NEAP.

Similarly, each Party shall permit the temporary import and re-export of equipment necessary to the production and distribution of cinematographic works falling within the scope of this Convention.

The project for the maintenance and operation of the works shall set out the mandatory minimum time intervals for regular inspections, the deadlines and scope of periodic inspections, and the scope of maintenance works by which it is necessary to ensure that throughout its use the works will fulfil the essential requirements and that the installations, technological appliances and equipment will fulfil the prescribed parameters throughout its operation.

This Convention applies to all part-time workers, it being understood that a Member may, after consulting the representative organizations of employers and workers concerned, exclude wholly or partly from its scope particular categories of workers or of establishments when its application to them would raise particular problems of a substantial nature.

5.3. The technical documentation is a systematical composition of documents, pictures and drawings, plans, texts and other elements such as guarantees, certificates, confirmations, lists, schemes and instructions that set out the rules for using or operating and maintaining the works and the scope of the project of the executed works, the project for the operation and maintenance of the works and the project for entry in official records.

European cinematographic works made as multilateral co-productions and falling within the scope of this Convention shall be entitled to the benefits granted to national films by the legislative and regulatory provisions in force in each of the Parties to this Convention participating in the co-production concerned.

Each Party shall develop and maintain emission inventories for the substances listed in annex III, and shall collect available information relating to the production and sales of the substances listed in annexes I and II, for those Parties within the geographical scope of EMEP, using, as a minimum, the methodologies and the spatial and temporal resolution specified by the Steering Body of EMEP, and, for those Parties outside the geographical scope of EMEP, using as guidance the methodologies developed through the work plan of the Executive Body.

A driver shall record as other work any time spent as described in article 1, paragraph (q), as well as any time spent driving a vehicle used for commercial operations not falling within the scope of this Agreement, and shall record any periods of availability, as set out in article 12, paragraph 3 (c), of the Annex to this Agreement.

In the case of the lodging of a request for the stipulation of the guidelines specified in the previous paragraph, the relevant administrative body for construction matters shall hold a hearing, to which it shall invite the relevant approving authorities and the municipality in which the land that is the subject of the building permit is situated, and then on the basis of their conditions shall define a list of relevant approving authorities, define the project conditions, define the scope of the environmental impact report in the case of a works with environmental impact, and set a deadline for the supplementation of the application, by which the investor must submit the project for acquiring the building permit with the prescribed elements.

WHEREAS THIS DIRECTIVE MUST THEREFORE INCLUDE SUCH CONTRACTS IN ITS SCOPE WHICH REPRESENT A CONSIDERABLE NUMBER OF WORKS;

NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK

Member States may take appropriate measures to consult interested parties at national level about OIML work relating to the scope of this Directive.

No works project or proposed purchase of a certain quantity of supplies and/or services may be subdivided to prevent its coming within the scope of this Directive.

Convention of 9 October 1975 on old-age and work-injury provisions, under the conditions and the scope defined by Article 27 (2) to (4) of the Convention on social security of 8 December 1990.

The value of supplies or services which are not necessary for the performance of a particular works contract may not be added to the value of the works contract when to do so would result in removing the procurement of those supplies or services from the scope of this Directive.

2.The Management Board shall examine the conclusions of the evaluation and issue to the Commission such recommendations as may be necessary regarding changes in the Centre, its working practices and the scope of its mission.

The Management Board shall ensure that the work programme is consistent with the Agency's scope, objectives and tasks as well as with the Community's legislative and policy priorities in the area of network and information security.

The protection of the health of consumers and/or workers and the protection of the working environment should not fall within the scope of this Directive, and measures taken by Member States for these purposes should therefore not be affected by this Directive.
