2) The occasional services shall be carried out under the cover of a control document.

If the document has not been served, the certificate shall set out the reasons which have prevented service.

d. The standard of goods and services supplied by the HN will be in accordance with the details sat out in the supporting documents.

The provision of services referred to in Article 6 shall be carried out under cover of a control document issued by the competent authorities or by any duly authorised agency of the Contracting Party in which the transport operator is established.

For each measure / sub-measure and common function (e.g. Accounts, Inspection Service, Internal Audit, IT), the annex should set out the work done for each control objective including a description of the control objective, the control mechanism, the file structure (to determine if it comprised the required primary evidence/documents necessary to support the claim), findings, evaluation, conclusion and detailed recommendations.

(3) The Ministry shall also keep records of public-private partnership projects and monitor them, and shall offer expert assistance to other public partners on the national (sectoral units) or local levels in formulating documents serving to determine the fulfilment of the economic, legal and other conditions for the creation and operation of public-private partnerships, in seeking technical solutions for public-private partnerships and in all other issues relating to the formation of relationships or carrying out the procedure for selecting private partners.

(1) A fine of not less than 1,000,000 tolars shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offence in connection with the independent performance of a professional activity, and no less than a fine of 3,000,000 tolars on a legal person 1. for not conducting business with consumers in the Slovene language or for not using their full registered company name and address in written communications to consumers, or for not using at least their abridged registered company name and address in written communications which are not intended for a particular individual consumer (first and second paragraphs of Article 2) 2. for not allowing, as a provider of information society services, for a simple direct and constant access to the data referred to in the third paragraph of Article 2 (third paragraph of Article 2) 3. for advertising goods or services in a manner which is in contrast with the law, indecent or misleading, or for not advertising goods or services in the Slovene language (Articles 12, 12a and 12b) 4. for advertising goods or services through a means of comparative advertising which is contrary to provisions of this Act (Article 12c) 5. if the advertising of goods or services includes elements which cause or which could cause physical, mental or other harm to children, or elements which exploit or which could exploit their trusting nature or inexperience (Article 15) 6. for advertising messages which are part of or present a service of an information society and are not in accordance with Article 15a (Article 15a) 7. for failing to issue to the consumer, upon the conclusion of a contract for goods referred to in Article 15b, a warranty certificate, technical instructions and a list of authorised service agents, or if these documents are not entirely in the Slovene language and easily understandable (first and third paragraphs of Article 16) 8. for failing to provide repair and maintenance of a product for the period covered by a warranty or for its extended period, free of charge, and after that period for a charge, by providing this service itself or through an authorised representative (fourth paragraph of Article 16) 9. for failing to provide maintenance, replacement parts and attachable components also after the expiry of the warranty period (fifth paragraph of Article 16) 10.for failing, as a seller of residential or business property, to hand over to a purchaser, a warranty for all of the built-in products referred to in Article 15b, no later than at the handing over of the title of ownership of the property (eighth paragraph of Article 16) 11.for failing to include all the data referred to in the first paragraph of Article 18 of this Act in a warranty certificate 12.for acting as the producer in contrast with the first mediation of an individual, facsimile transmission machine or electronic mail without prior consent from the consumer, to whom a message was addressed (first paragraph of Article 45a) 23.for sending messages to consumers with the intention of concluding a contract to supply goods or services, regardless of a consumer's declaration that he/she no longer wish to receive such mail (third paragraph (2) The service of documents on the members of the management board of a legal person shall be carried out by delivery to the legal person.

The investment firm shall establish a record that includes the document or documents agreed between the firm and the client that set out the rights and obligations of the parties, and the other terms on which the firm will provide services to the client.

5. if it proceeds from documentation and other known circumstances that the bank will not be able, in terms of personnel, technical requirements or organisation, to carry out the extent of the banking and other financial services envisaged in the business plan

When a document has to be sent from one Member State to another for service there, this Regulation and in particular the rules on service set out herein should apply together with Council Regulation (EC) No 1348/2000 of 29 May 2000 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters(7), and in particular Article 14 thereof in conjunction with Member States declarations made under Article 23 thereof.

(3) In the event under the second paragraph of this article, the Bank of Slovenia may, even before the issue of the order, carry out an examination of business books and other documents of the person and collect other evidence for the purpose of establishing whether the person provides banking services.

If the proceedings in the Member State of origin did not comply with the procedural requirements as set out in Article 13 or Article 14, such non-compliance shall be cured if it is proved by the conduct of the debtor in the court proceedings that he has personally received the document to be served in sufficient time to arrange for his defence.

Member States must ensure that the safety analysis, the safety report and the technical documentation are provided and include all the documentation concerning the characteristics of the installation and, where appropriate, all the documents certifying the conformity of the safety components and subsystems referred to in Annex I. In addition, documents must exist setting out the necessary conditions, including the restrictions on operation, and full details of servicing supervision, adjustment and maintenance.

A contracting authority may state in the contract documents, or be obliged by a Member State so to state, the body or bodies from which a candidate or tenderer may obtain the appropriate information on the obligations relating to taxes, to environmental protection, to the employment protection provisions and to the working conditions which are in force in the Member State, region or locality in which the works are to be carried out or services are to be provided and which shall be applicable to the works carried out on site or to the services provided during the performance of the contract.

(1) If a document cannot be served on the subject of the entry into the court register or the person to be entered into the register at the address specified in the register, service of process shall be carried out in such a way as to affix the writing on the notice board of the Office, while a notification of the method of service of process shall be left at the person's address.

A contracting entity may state in the contract documents, or be required by a Member State so to state, the body or bodies from which a candidate or tenderer may obtain the appropriate information on the obligations relating to taxes, to environmental protection, to protection provisions and to the working conditions which are in force in the Member State, region or locality in which the services are to be provided and which shall be applicable to the works carried out on site or to the services provided during the performance of the contract.

The tactical and operational requirements for a future cross-border digital radio system for the police and customs services in the Schengen States defined in accordance with the mandate pursuant to Article 44, the rules for manufacturing and administering uniform encryption algorithms, and other agreements established within the remit of the Subgroup on telecommunications, as set out in the following nine documents, are hereby approved.

12. for services and goods of the companies employing the disabled, if the activities concerned cover training and employing the disabled under special conditions and in respect to which the Public Procurement Office gives its opinion. Contractors may, with a special agreement, award a contract under this point only if tenderers fulfil the conditions laid down in Article 41 above, and if contractors verify the price and the quality of the subject of procurement by collecting several bids or by analysing costs, or through the comparison of quality and the like. Contractors shall carry out verification by the procurement type and subject, which shall be evident in their documentation.

The services referred to in Article 18(1) of the Agreement shall be carried out under cover of a control document (journey form).

Member States in whose territory goods or services are supplied or rendered may allow some of the obligatory details to be left out of such documents or messages.

Validation of any expenditure shall be based on valid supporting documents attesting the creditor's entitlement, on the basis of a statement of services actually rendered, supplies actually delivered or work actually carried out or on the basis of other documents justifying payment.

In order that a health inspection programme might be recognised by the official services for documentation of freedom with regards to VHS and/or IHN, it must fulfil the criteria and guidelines set out in Part III.

whereas any such proposals and any opposition thereto should be served on the parties concerned in accordance with the applicable rules concerning the service of legal documents, in particular as set out in existing international conventions;

(21) When a document has to be sent from one Member State to another for service there, this Regulation and in particular the rules on service set out herein should apply together with Council Regulation (EC) No 1348/2000 of 29 May 2000 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters fn, and in particular Article 14 thereof in conjunction with Member States declarations made under Article 23 thereof.

The regulations governing movements mentioned in this document shall not apply to holders of ordinary passports carrying out public affairs nor holders of service, official, or special passports, etc. for which the issue by third countries is not in line with the international practice applied by the Schengen States.

The Contracting Parties shall see to it that, by express delegation by the competent authorities and on their behalf, one of the other services represented, and preferably the customs service, may carry out inspections for which those authorities are responsible and, in so far as such inspections relate to the requirement to produce the necessary documents, checks on the validity and authenticity thereof and on the identity of the goods declared in such documents.

The Registrar shall ensure that where the ECSC, EEC or Euratom Treaty, the ECSC, EEC or Euratom Statute, the Rules of Procedure or any other act giving powers to the Court of Justice provide for a document to be served, a notice to be given or a communication to be made the steps are carried out in accordance with the Rules of Procedure;

If under the special conditions the consultant is required to prepare a tender dossier, the dossier shall contain all documents necessary for consulting suitable contractors, manufacturers and suppliers, and for preparing tenders with a view to carrying out the works or providing the supplies or services covered by an invitation to tender.

Member States shall as far as possible see to it that, by express delegation by the competent authorities and on their behalf, one of the other services represented, and preferably the customs service, may carry out certain tasks for which those authorities are responsible, relating in particular to requirements to carry the necessary documents, checking the validity and authenticity thereof and making a summary check on the identity of the goods declared in such documents.

If the proceedings in the Member State of origin did not comply with the procedural requirements as set out in Article 13 or Article 14, such non-compliance shall be cured if it is proved by the conduct of the debtor in the court proceedings that he has personally received the document to be served in sufficient time to arrange for his defence.

The contracting entity may state in the contract documents, or be obliged by a Member State so to do, the authority or authorities from which a tenderer may obtain the appropriate information on the obligations relating to the employment protection provisions and the working conditions which are in force in the Member State, region or locality in which the works or services are to be executed or performed and which shall be applicable to the works carried out or the services performed on site during the performance of the contract.

The tactical and operational requirements for a future cross-border digital radio system for the police and customs services in the Schengen States defined in accordance with the mandate pursuant to Article 44, the rules for manufacturing and administering uniform encryption algorithms, and other agreements established within the remit of the Subgroup on telecommunications, as set out in the following nine documents, are hereby approved.

No Member State may refuse to grant EC type-approval or national type-approval in respect of a vehicle, or refuse or prohibit the sale, registration, entry into service or use of a vehicle, on grounds relating to its carbon dioxide emissions or its fuel consumption if the emission and consumption figures have been determined in accordance with Annexes I and II and are set out in a document given to the vehicle owner at the time of purchase in the manner and form decided by each Member State.';

The services referred to in Article 4 (1) shall be carried out under cover of a control document.

when additional construction services which were not included in the initial contract but which were within the objectives of the original tender documentation have, through unforeseeable circumstances, become necessary to complete the construction services described therein, and the entity need to award contracts for the additional construction services to the contractor carrying out the construction services concerned since the separation of the additional construction services from the initial contract would be difficult for technical or economic reasons and cause significant inconvenience to the entity.
