C. Participants, recalling the general orientations for adjustment policies adopted as part of the Communiqué of the June 1978 Meeting of the Council at Ministerial Level, agree that domestic policies to sustain steel firms during crisis periods should not shift the burden of adjustment to other countries and thus increase the likelihood of restrictive trade actions by other countries (e.g. by artificially stimulating exports or by artificially displacing imports).

This caused as a rule right horizontal shifts, at which from reverse faults of the first phase stike-slip faults evolved.

Another important achievement of the Magnus festival was the demedicalization of homosexuality in the media discourse and a shift towards a different frame of reference, first that of culture and then of politics.

Even though we have said that exclusively sexualized and medicalized homosexual representations of the 1970s shifted towards the contexts of culture and politics in the 1980s, during the first half of the 1980s entirely explicit sexualization was still present.

These commonplace statements - 'Now let us see what's new in culture ...', 'Well, let's take a look at the world news ...', 'This much from abroad. And the first item of domestic news ...', 'The first in the foreign news is ...', 'We have one more ecology story ...', 'There is another scandal on the horizon ...' - not only indicate a thematic or geographical shift, but signify the change of discourse that will be used; they mark the transfer from more important issues to those which are thus characterised as less important.

This development of prices should, however, also be seen in the light of, firstly, the shift from low grades to the more costly higher grades of MgO undertaken by the Chinese exporters (see recital 33).
