6.3.2 In assessing the watch keeping standards the port State control officer may check that watch schedules clearly show rest periods, are posted and easily accessible and that all persons who are assigned duty as officer in charge of a watch or as a rating forming part of a watch are provided a minimum of 10 hours of rest in any 24 hour period of which at least 6 hours are consecutive and 70 hours in each seven day period.
6.3.2 Pri ocenjevanju standardov ladijskega stražarjenja lahko inšpektor za varnost plovbe preveri, ali razporedi straže jasno kažejo odmore, ali so objavljeni in zlahka dostopni, ter ali imajo vse osebe, ki opravljajo dolžnost častnikov za stražo ali članov posadke v sestavi krovne straže, na voljo najmanj 10 ur počitka (kadar koli) v 24-ih urah, od tega najmanj 6 ur zaporedoma, ter 70 ur v vsakem sedemdnevnem obdobju.

(5) The Administration may recognise a licence or permit, rating, authorization, approval or certificate issued in state members of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) who are not members of the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) for use on aircraft registered in the Republic of Slovenia in compliance with international agreements binding on the Republic of Slovenia or in compliance with a valid agreement that regulates these areas and if it is found by the prescribed procedure that the same level of safety exists in the two states and differences in licensing are stated and determined and conditions for recognition are precisely stated.
(5) Uprava lahko prizna licence oziroma dovoljenja, ratinge, pooblastila, potrdila in spričevala, izdana v državah članicah Mednarodne organizacije civilnega letalstva (ICAO), ki niso članice Združenih letalskih organov (JAA), za uporabo na zrakoplovih, ki so registrirani v Republiki Sloveniji, v skladu z mednarodno pogodbo, ki zavezuje Republiko Slovenijo oziroma v skladu z veljavnim sporazumom, ki ureja to področje in če je po predpisanem postopku ugotovljeno, da obstaja med državama enakovreden nivo varnosti in so navedene in določene razlike v licenciranju ter točno navedeni pogoji za priznanje.
