8.3. Construction supervision is the performance of expert supervision on the construction site by which it is verified whether the construction is being carried out according to the project for acquiring the building permit on the basis of which the building permit was issued, by which the quality of the executed works, the construction products, other materials, and the installations and technological appliances built into the works is supervised, and by which it is verified whether the agreed deadlines for construction are being observed.
8.3. gradbeni nadzor je opravljanje strokovnega nadzorstva na gradbišču, s katerim se preverja, ali se gradnja izvaja po projektu za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, na podlagi katerega je bilo izdano gradbeno dovoljenje in nadzoruje kvaliteta izvedenih del, gradbeni proizvodi, drugi materiali, inštalacije in tehnološke naprave, ki se vgrajujejo v objekt in ali se pri izvajanju del spoštujejo dogovorjeni roki izgradnje;
