7.3. Supervision procedure

Persons who carry out procedures, or take part in procedures, or take care of animals used in procedures, including supervision, shall have had appropriate education and training.

Any administrative supervision of local authorities may only be exercised according to such procedures and in such cases as are provided for by the constitution or by statute.

11.3 The Parties opting for an entirely automated requesting procedure have to assure that all their requests have to pass through their national contact point provided for by the Treaty, which has to be under the supervision of a responsible officer.

Such co-operation shall be based on a special agreement which may cover e.g. search procedures and methods, qualifications required for the recruitment and training of examiners, guidelines for the exchange of search and other services between the offices as well as other measures needed to establish the required control and supervision.
